Some staffs are little arrogant and does not respond promptly for your queries.

I send money 09-08-2019 still didnt received amount to India, when i went naif branch there people didnt give any response.Very irresponsible service. Took more than 5 days to get my money credited. They dint have atoll free customer care and a minimal number of call center staff. you would have to spend many time to call no one give response.
