My one friend are the one who recommend this service and they really have a good service especially they honor your patriotism and they give back to its client. I had my one time bad experience with the staff but I appreciate it a lot because the manager really contacted me to do an apology regarfing the issue and making sure that incident wont happen again. A 5 star rate is still deserved for this establishment.

I have sent money of AED 3700.00 to my family in philippines last 29th of may 2020 ( 5 says back) but until now they didnt receive yet the money. I called yesterday to branch where i went to send the money but the agents are very unprofessional and rude (Indian lady and filipina lady). They were saying that the remittance is lost of fund. Is that my problem????. Where my money goes Then??? Im still waiting for them to open again today so that I can call and maybe to refund my money back and do the send to other exchange.
