I use to send money through Al Razouki, They had IMPS(instant payment inter-bank electronic funds transfer system) and I should receive money on my indian at least in 2-3 hours but I havent received ever by them. I always received money in next day then why theyre charging for IMPS i mean why they reduced actual rate? I accepted lowest rate to get money instantly but never Happened...!

Sent money home through our company messenger and had the amount deposited wrong by the cashier named Khamille despite having clearly written all the required details. Very frustrating service!
