Very slow and horrible customer service. There’s one across the street with a 100 times better service. Don’t waste your time and just cross the street to the better one.

Have been sending money for 2 years from this branch. You just lost a customer because of this Egyptian employee of yours who took his personal frustrations with me. As a customer to him, he should have been polite and not take anger of his ignorant questions.

4 cashiers, 1 customer and a 30 minute wait time. No issues with computers or systems. This is their regular transaction time. Judging by the previous reviews this branch should be permanently closed.

I used to send money there. But today i went to receive money then the agent could not believe that my school was my sponsor or that i was going to receive 5k as a student. Even after explaining the relationship of the sender and the purpose. He clearly showed his surprise with the amount received. Then he LIED on me to his colleage that i said i dont know what is a sponsor. WOW. I said im a student and my sponsor is my school. Or do you wanna know who pays for my school fees ? I pay. Because i used to work. I have savings. But then he kept asking again and again. He said No, who is your sponsor? Is the sender your sponsor? What is not clear in my school is my sponsor!? because they made my visa and ID card and i paid insurance for that and they are literally my sponsor. So, what does he want to know by who is your sponsor? after all that he dare to lie that i dont know who is a sponsor? And also wont process my money until one of his colleages advised him to. Im never going there again. Unprofessional, liar and he doesnt know his job well. Please, al redha next to spinney market, train your employees on how to manage customers. Mainly to not lie on customers to hide their inefficiency.Thank you.

The staff made mistake in account number and send money to some other account and they are blaming us it our mistake we did recheck ..thats the service they are providing and Philippino supervisor and Egyptian guy speaking very badly.my mistake is chooses this exchange to send money ..my dear friend dont choose this type exchange 100%lose of money And time whos the owner I dont know but he will get screw from his staff

Worst exchange services I have ever experienced.if u wanna waste ur time, fight, track ur funds in whch part of world it was sent due to incompetence of the staff. Keep going and coming and waiting for refund for days then plese go there!

Never go redha al ansari because they not able to send money and transfer in bank.i send my money on Friday 11/08/2017but still not received in my account 14/08/2017 ànd also i call to head office and they say in India bank holiday so we cannot send money but other exachang send money on same day on holiday also i think redha al person going by flight in India and deposit amount in account in branch.,...... Very good specially for deley prosses thank you #redha al Ansari motercity i thik never send money from this branch.

There is one Egyptian guy . No he is so slow hand. 2 times he write wrong number on money transfer. Ive to come back and make corrections.
