I WENT EARLIER TO GET MY MONEY BECAUSE MY RELATIVE MADE THE TRANSACTION LAST NIGHT. ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT ITS NOT YET AVAILABLE TO ONE OF THE REMITTANCE CENTERS HERE IN MY CITY.WHAT IF THAT PERSON NEEDS THE MONEY THE MOST AND YOUR SERVICE IS LIKE THAT? VERY VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Be careful of their staff they try to steal your money. They called me the same day and said that they gave me extra money. On the CCTV camera there is extra cash showing but i have no idea how he did it to trick me and this exchange company. Manager of this branch should work in a parrata bakery as he stand with his thief staff and says that Im lying and his staff gave me extra money for sure as it is showing on the camera. He has no experience in customer service. So please take action because this is turning in to a Mexican movie (Pablo).

Very Slow service.I never seen any Exchange working slow like this..I canceled my transaction and took more than 5 days to refund my cash.
