Badly disappointed!!! Checked on Google ( at 10am) & it showed that the Exchange is open & will close at 10.30pm. I had an urgent money transaction to be made and since this is the closest (only 10 mins.walking distance),I decided to walk in the hot sun ( as taxis not available).But when I reached the Exchange around 10.45 am,I found it closed. Having a bit of hope,I walked around and found a security staff. When I enquired with him,he politely answered that the Exchange will open at 1.30 pm.This made me not only disappointed but annoyed too!! It surprises me that people tend to become careless and dont bother to update information during slack periods. What is the point of putting ones self or ones business on a world map,if the information is wrong and is useless to people viewing it???I have attached a screenshot of the Google information for the Management to take appropriate measures. It clearly mentions that the Exchange is Open.Not sure if Ill ever return to this place for services..... BADLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Very bad racist service, High rates and useless staff, their standards are 1.0 IQ and an Indian passport. Think better.

They have always given me the best rate as compared to any other exchange companies in Dubai
