Manager not well trained( MISBEHAVE)Mr Alar DFC Mall Brunch manager was rude & using bad words while askingkiosk service , and once I complete my transaction, he was not ready to give me money receipt copy , Even while our conversation ongoing he was not properly wear face mask due to covid-19 pandemic. his mask was under the nose, & pretending he was big BOSS. Even he was not following brand standard , speaking his native language(Arabic).So hopefully company will lose their good reputation, if this type of person are in the company.so I just tell to the top management please check and take the necessary action regarding this type of issue.Note: All cctv footage could get from that brunch cctv system( 09:01 to 09:25) am.

I love Ansari the best out of all Exchange shops. The employees are so friendly. Theyre quick, efficient and great to change some good money. I had AED 159.00 i needed to change in foreign currency and they charge AED 3.00 ONLY! Its great because all the other guys would take half of bill to use for tax and such. She was so nice and she gave me AED 1.00 free. If you need exchange shop go for Ansari Exchange.
Not good rate prices , very bad and they charge extra money for service
The recipient doesn’t receive the exact money mentioned in the receipt. They deduct more money from the recipient after the service charges and the vat was being paid by the sender. The landline is never answered. Very unprofessional. I need some explanation from the staff why was the full amount not transferred.
