I went twice to exchange my money because I received great service coming from Mr. Abdul Razak K.S. He gave me the best rate in all Dubai so he made my life way much easier instead of trying to bargain in other exchange where they rip you off.I definitely recommend going there if you need to change your money at an amazing rate !!!Please ask for Mr. Abdul Razak next time ! And I hope his manager will give him a raise because he worked even on his day off for me to get the correct information and to help me out.

Asking for senders ID/passport! Heard for the first time in UAE in 10yrs. Though I am their regular customer. All was planned, I begged and urged that I need to receive money my baby was shivering in high fever but such a waste. I drove with my sick baby all the way from Dubailand to karama ended up such pathetic people.

Previously I was very happy with their service. Nowadays, almost all are new staff and looks like they are just learning the rope. They have to be more professional. They are very courteous but not as efficient as they should be.
