Universal has good and efficient staff. They are very accommodating and helpful.Tje only issue is they do not have enough branches. Their location is i the heart of Naif and its difficult to park

Person who attends to phone call doesnt know of any landmark near their branch, speaks rudely, no regard for customer service and insults customer in presence of his colleagues and other customers.Update: Please note that the below response from the owner is inappropriate as I was commenting on the Bani Yas road branch which is years old. Also, the staff were openly hostile and insulting me amongst each other, as mentioned before in my presence!
