Even after humble request to not use my info as marketing. They start useless marketing emails. After complaint to the same office they suggest to call 600 number so that we waste time and money for their mistake. Shameless way of marketing.Better to deposit VAT in bank rather than going to this exchange

Before 2-3 years, Al Ansari was a good exchange but now the service is becoming worst to worst especially in mob app. Whenever you will send money by mobile app, after 3-4 hours you will get the acknowledgment. You will be confused that your money have been debited from your account and there is no response from the exchange. Then when you call the call centre, unprofessional executive like Ms Jennifer will make you more hyper by putting your call on hold. They will never ever bother to call you back. As it is not a toll free number, you have to pay alot for a call and you will get frustrated. Their competitors are now doing much more better service then them. I will not transfer any money from this exchange now where I can get instant message after every transaction from their competitors without calling their respective Call Centre.

Worest servie. Especially customer service. Not giving respect to customers. Rudly speaking. Do not use service from al ansari exchange.

The rates I got for JPY were so bad that it would have been more effective to convert my money to USD in Japan, then change that again. For a major currency like JPY, the rates they have on the website should be at least close to the reality, but there was a >20% difference. I realised NBD was much better for Yen, at least out in the world trade centre. No handling fee either, though the 2 AED they charged here is very little.
