Worst experience with this branch, when we transfer (flash) they said it will reach with in 1hr, after sending money it will reach next day, they said it will flash, but they will do normal transaction, and people are facing the problem. its happen with me lot of times, even today also. i transferred 2days back. still i didnt not receive with in 2days, then I visit branch again ,( My TIME Waste) I Request them, then they transferred same time. very bad service i never experience before, i will never visit this branch again in my life. They dont know even how to resolve issue..

Really worse experience. No one will follow the queue. Especially when you a are woman and have a dark skintone. Even after complaining about it to the staff

The most unfriendly staff. I would recommend everyone to avoid this branch. I went in to ask for a change for 1000 and they refused to give it. You are an exchange company and refusing it to give a change for 1000. The owners should train their staff if someone is in need they can help by giving thr change. Worst worst staff

They are not very customer focused, when I was there, there was a queue of some 5 people and they only had 2 tellers open. Other people were there working behind the positions but they were not opening them. Maybe go else where if there is a queue as they are not that focused for walk in customers.

Terrible service, a girl named Karla Rlaflorida refused me service for the first time due to the fact that I did not have a paper copy of the visa, although everywhere you can use electronic, she made me go with a small child and look for where I can print a visa further when I returned I was again forced to stand in line with the child, although earlier I also stood in lineTerrible staff unwilling to help their clients
