The visit was first time and waited for 15 minutes. Ones my turn staff asked if I have ID with me. I didnt have it with me. Showed soft copy on phone but they didnt accept it. I am not happy that lost of time.
You tell before a transcation what kind of notes you need and 5 minutes later you find out after transaction done, they do not have it. Poor service indeed even it seems a simple transaction

I moved recently to palm jumeirah,shorline. Im using UAE Exchange since 7 years and Im so happy and glad to go there because the staff always smiling helping the services very goodexcept UAE Exchange palm jumeirah shoreline Im sorry for that but UAE Exchange it will lose alot of customers because this branch , every time when i went there thay make problem with me i dont know why !For example, i went before 3 days to send money from there ( palm jumeirah shoreline branch ) it was 19000thousand AED thay said you cant , but in the same day i went to barsha tekom branch i was sending 19000 without any issues anf there is alot of thingsAnyway i tried not to make this issue issue more complicated so i called the call center customer service and she said to me you can send up to 27000 AED per day .I want to complaint about this unprofessional service which i believe it should be better as they acting on behalf of UAE Exchange.
The employees attending people are really unpleasant
