Excellent service, quick and no problems at all. Lady outside very helpful, organising everyone and making it very welcoming. Also everyone sitting behind the desks, look grumpy at first but they very friendly and even smiling plus all procedure is quick.

I do all my money transfer with al ansari never had a problem but mall of emirates branch refused to do my transfer reason given was I had to be a relative of the person in order to do the transfer . spoke to the manager there too he said the same thing . went to the other al ansari branch had no issue .

Worst experience ever!!! To think that I was assisted by the Branch Manager named Abdul. Took me almost an hour just to do an exhange and update my nos which I requested last week when I did send a money back home. Ended up not doing any transaction and will never ever do business again with them!!! Extremely Poor service!!!

Stay away. There are so many exchange offices in Dubai that you should avoid this at all cost. Very serious issues, had to involve my legal team. Absolutely avoid this place.

I was a customer of Al Ansari since i came to UAE but recently the service is getting worse especially at Mall of the Emirates branch, you need to be flexible and work on your customer service if you want to keep your regular customer, otherwise there is a lot exchange offices with low fees and charges thank you

Made an inquiry for a transfer and the tall lady i think new standing outside was able to help me i just love how accomodating she is and the way she communicates.

Al Ansari Exchange Mall of Emirates is the best branch! They have friendly and helpful staff. And they give the best rate in transfer and currency exchange.

Theres no perfect business,mistake and some sort of problems are very common what is unacceptable in this branch when staffs are not able to handle customer will ask manager but no manager will come infront of you at least to say hi ..just saying

Teller are not listening well for how much amount of money youll send and just approved it without confirmation from your side. Which causes problem and they cant do anything or cancel the transaction. Very bad experienced.

Rather competitive foreign exchange shop. You can somehow negotiate the best possible rate

I do not recommend since they charge commissions for changing the currencies, ask before making the arrangements.

Just made a transfer and it turned out to be probably not the cheapest in the commission and in all the Emirates, using (connect) to Al Ansari, money is transferred to almost all banks in Uzbekistan
