Convenient location, courteous staff.

Nasty service for the WU online transfers. Received my funds by central bank transfer to transfer it Canada. After one week they said they cant make it and wanted to refund. I went to their branch as they dont transfer funds to my local bank. The Teller kept stalling and looked like he doesnt know what he is doing. It took over 20 minutes to process the refund, between making calls and asking his colleagues. Awful service, utter waste of time and money. Kept sending emails that goes unanswered the telephone calls either they hang-up on me or I get a generic answer.

Humble and gentlemen staff. Thanks for the wonderful service, keep up guys. For the google general public just to let you know this exchange is exactly opposite to IKEA exit or next to Burger King.

Ive waited for almost 30 mins on que, and i was filling up the form when the guard on duty let the person next to me proceed to the teller and uttered i was filling up the form so he let that person come before me🤦🏻‍♂️ . I was on duty and i just sneak out for the remittance and waited for that long on que

Pathetic service. No one answers call centre. Why have they started WU online service when they cannot handle any issues

They give good exchange rates, the staff are helpful. If you want special rate, you have to visit them during the weekdays before 4 pm, the branch manager leaves after 4.
