Horrible customer service. Having this issues continuously for the third time. I went there for receiving my salary as my company credits our salaries through Al Fardan Exchange. There no other options as my bank accounts were not opened yet and also its near by my office. Those persons sitting at the reception of Al Fardan Exchange is having really the cheapest attitudes towards customers. I dont want to disclose their names because they need to make changes in their attitudes and i dont want them to be cheap anymore to any other customer. And its not the problem of one, but the problem of every single persons sitting there. Theyre like making fun of us by saying comments at each other and laughing while we people are waiting. Theres two malayali guy, 1 hindi guy and one guy wearing kandura. Please consider this and try to change from your side. This would be the last time and wont go there anymore. 👎🏻

I was highly disappointed with manager Dipon Das. Unfortunately the team doesnt know what they are doing. I sent money to my country using WESTERN UNION Through Dipon and didnt inform that receiver won’t t be able to receive the money in local currency. When i requested an explanation, he kept talking about irrelevant rules of Western Union. If u will ever come to this place try to get more information on your own because staff here doesnt know anything much. Especially Dipon Das being a manager. I dont even know how they get such positions without a knowledge about their own job...

Im not reviewing this branch.. the al FARDAN EXCHANGE.. western union money transfer(online) section.. is totally waste. useless fools are there.. very poor customer support. Once you tansferred the money to Al FARDAN EXCHANGE..then there is no guarantee for your money.. after the transfer they wont do anything.. simply sit and, they will always request you to wait for 48hours.. You have to follow up each one hour to check the status...

I had a very bad experience from Al Fardan exchange today as I went to collect the salary in spite of producing the valid passport copy they are simply showing their attitude and asking us for my ID as I am a new joineee I didnt received my ID and I informed him that still he is not listening to me and I told him my colleague has produced the passport copy without seal and have got the salary that time he was telling me then you can go to that branch and check. Is this customer service if they cant release our salary and we can get from other branch then what is the use of this branch..

Had a very bad experience from Al Fardan exchange as we had salary credited to al fardan and when we visited to take the salary by producing passport copy they asked for the original passport and we informed them it has submitted to office for visa stamping they told either they need the Company seal and after producing the company seal they are telling it is not at clear the same experience was faced by our other colleagues also from the same exchange. Mr. Sayed he is not at all professional if he dont know the rules then he can speak with his manager and he can try to help us instead he was shouting with us.. Even we produced the offer letter with company seal and in that passport number as well as Name is mentioned but they dont even bother to atleast let us know whether our salary has been credited as well as one Mr. Abhilash also behaved very unprofessionaly.
