Just now I went to Fardan Al Rigga branch and cannot claimed my salary eventhough I presented my old passport which will be expired on October 24,2021 and my latest passport plus my EID. Mohamed the staff, dont want to give it because some information presented from their system link with my old and new passport. How can this Mohamed cannot link his brain cells that I already presented all documents required and still cant give my money? What is the power of 2 passport plus EID?

Worst ever currency exchange, They hold your money to run their business and don’t return your money until 6 Days. Scammers hold my mine twice 75000 AED.

Teach your team to be polite in your customers put some enthusiasm they are not smiling so disappointing specially one kabayan guy there if u tired take a break.

Poor service they are lier that after few minutes u can receive ur money from ur home country but this is 2nd month i am sending money and my family is not able to get mo ey on same day.after making complain they r telling me that ur transaction is on hold with no reason its happening with mr 2nd time even fardan exchange have lower price then other exchanges so its BETTERGUYS, Friends AND RESPECTED ELEDER DONT USE THIS FARDAN EXCHANGE ANY MORE.....I make 2 calls to them and they r telling me ur complain is forward but there is no reply so FRIENDSif they r not taking care for us then y we r dealing with themMy advice will be to u all dont use this fardan exchange anymore.....

I like this exchange. They offer very good rates for remittance. Only thing which I dont like is they take 3 AED charge for credit card payments which other exchange houses are not taking.

These people say they are open till 10:00 pm on a thursday and guess what i reach at 9:35 and it was closed. I had to walk 2 km to get a taxi..this exchange is the worst you can deal with.. Instead while walking back home i saw the UAE exchange still open and greating people in the most energetic way...please never deal with this exchange
