I will never ever use this money changer again so annoying staff,so slow specially that indian lady in burjuman,i had also a nightmare in thhis branch.i think she disnt know how to read and write,she did mistake to the name of my reciever,how i wish there zero star here

Please upon encoding check you data and re check. Two times I experienced this situation with you. Yet we can re change but our family in the Philippines is waiting.

Time of this branch is 10am to 10pm from Sat-Wednesday and 10am to 11pm Thu-Fri. Kindly go within this time only. Information taken self from staff counter.

Very unprofessional and bad customer service.They should close their branch so there will be no headache for the customers.

Slow service, manager dont know how to multi task himself, they are only two counter at the time of my visit to send money tru western union, queue was long already to one of his staff he doesnt care that his window is free and dont know other way of remitances like western union??? I was waiting for about 30 mins to wait my turn to send money while he dont care that the other queue was long.

I have never seen this kind of branch at burjuman .very very badly experience i got it there.customer service staff does not know the rules they are rude . and now she one lady gave me slip the transaaction number is wrong . then i call in next morning some one reieved my call and said call after 10 mins and my family is waiting for my confirmation and no one is attending my call now. its a rudiclous branch i ever seen in my life

That place is a real nightmare. A lot of people and only 2 superrrrrrr lazy employees. Grumpy faces, totally unfriendly, very very very unprofessional employee (talking about the male as I didn’t deal with the female). Everything there is taking forever. Utterly disappointing.

I wish there was a minus 5 here. The worst ever exchange and the worst people. Such units and people spoil the repute and name of Dubai. Such a shame !! These are the people who are working overnight to spoil the name of Dubai. Unqualified/ uncultured staff. Al ghurair should straightaway fire such employees who spoil their repute and name. Will never ever deal with this branch .

Very bad service..... I suggest if anyone want transfer money to home country they better never choose this place. ....I ask them before send money how long it will take to credit to the given account details they told me within 3 hours maximum. .. And right now Im waiting more than 36 hours still not completed. ...When I calling them they talk in very rude voice and doesnt give you proper reasons + they told me they will call me back in 5 min and I had to call them again after an hour.very bad customer service. ..Either they choose wrong people to work for them or they dont care at all about customer service ...So if anyone thinking to use this place I suggest you go to another money exchange .. .
