Awful service and policies. Dont even think of using their travel card, it never works when you want it to and if you have any unauthorized transactions, they wont be of any help. We made a huge mistake by trusting them.

Each and every staff are performing very well I have been sending money to India since 2018 from here. If we are being prepared with all the supportive documents and details then why would it take late. For first time before my membership registration in here it took not even 10 minutes for transaction since i had all the relevant documents with me. Next time they suggested me to use al ansari exchange app with dual benefits 1) Exchange rate will be little more when transfer is requested via app 2) Very next time if we use the app we can simply select our recipient and input the amount and of course we are given 4 hours time to pay in branch. If you go to the branch for payment you dont need any mobile app or screenshot proof just only mobile number we can say with mobile transaction initiation thats it within 2 minutes transaction is done.The Arab, Indian and Flipino Staffs all are performing good.Thank you Al Ansari Exchange, Burjuman Team.

Seamless experience transferring money!

Regular user of this exchange. Most of the times I get a very decent exchange rate. Staff are polite and work is done on an average 5-10 minutes.

Very bad experience I was getting my salary and it so happened that my salary was transferred on the salary card they issue and I didnt collect it from Bay View branch. A kind lady on the counter was telling me she will call the branch to re route or check the location on my salary and she told me to wait for a moment and I did, after she hang up the phone she was explaining that it might take like 30 minutes to take out the salary on my card so I can be able to get my salary over the counter and the other guy suggested to give it at least an hour so I agreed. One guy wanted to check whats the issue and the lady explains it to him and that guy abruptly tells me to wait coz Im hindering the people on the cue after me. I mean I already agree to the lady on the counter that Im willing to wait where did he doesnt understand from the conversation with me and Ms.Mranda. I dont know if he is the manager of the branch after he heard about the explanation of Ms. Mranda in which he didnt understand what we have discussed and I will just wait since Im already in the burjuman mall and raising his issue that there are other people waiting after me Being a good manager to should know how this issue be resolved in which Ms. Mranda explains well to me and weve agreed. Kudoz to you Ms. MIRANDA for being a good employee of that company.

Very good experience every time I want to change my money they give you the bed rates and there staff are very very friendly .

I have a very bad experience with this Branch of Al Ansari.I called them and booked some currency of Serbian Dinar and they told me to come before 10 PM, I reached there at 9:30 PM. But they didnt keep their word, they sold it to some other person.REALLY SAD OF THE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP THEY KEEP.

Very slow service......They dont care with the queue even other staff was free.
