Exchanged my money here the last time. The rates are probably best in the marina from what I saw but the rates are way less than rates you can find in the mall of emirates or dubai mall. Also only place where I saw that smaller bills than 100$ had smaller rates. Unacceptable. Do not exchange unless you have to. Save your money for the malls or some other place. Exchange places in the Marina are not the best in total. The staff were otherwise very kind and friendly.

I lost my time there, as I wanted to transfer money and in google mentioned they have Ria transfer but they transfer only in some countries and on my questions she even couldn’t explain more details about the system, she just don’t speaking English!!! Are you serious?! After she stop talking to me and left the place 🤬with out explanations!!after I asked the security what happened and he explain that she don’t know the system! Never never will come again to this place!!!

The most horrible exchange in Dubai. Very slow. Took them 10 minutes to exchange the money. Asking all info about you which is absolutely unnecessary, trying to take 20 aed for some guarantee fee without even asking you.CHECK THE AMOUNT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!They try to cheat you.

Very bad experience i came back to re open my transaction then i give the full details and my family send me a msg because they cannot get the money because the details is wrong but i wrote everything to them very bad it was an indian guy who take my transaction .

The place is clean and safe and located in close proximity to many hotels. It is hardly ever busy and the staff work quickly and efficiently.

So good. There is no ques. Quick effecient in and out service like a prostitute
