This guy Din Mohammad is very very rude. The way they talked to as is very rude. My wife just inform him that the loyalty card was not stamped by the cashier in her previous transaction but he spoke in a loud rude tone saying that we should have give the card and told the cashier to stamp it, but we told him that we gave the loyalty card and the cashier forgot to stamp. And still he keeps on telling as that we should be the one to give to the cashier. This is not how you talk to your customer. I hope this message will reach the management of GCC Exchange. Your so unprofessional.

GCC exchange is one of the most customer friendly exchange. You can transfer money to your home country very smoothly. They also provide great offer to thier WSP customers. Staff is very attentive.

Had to stand long time in a queue. Counter representative takes long time to manage one client to serve the following in a timely manner. Also, due to small space of shop security guard faces hard time to arrange and organize the queue.Not recommended this exchange branch at all!!!

Its a good place to send money overseas.

We have salary account there but every month we didnt get notification SMS , we inform them so many time but they lie all the the time said its technical problem we will fix it in 2,3 days but from 6 months to till we didnt get .There is no option to make, register account for cradet card to use for shopping or pay bills .Im not satisfy with your these services,If theres for fix some problems so its great for your all customers .Thanks and Best regardsHafeez

Rate is high compared to others. One of the fastest exchange house system. Only thing is that its too crowded always that ladies like me is weary considering the number of male clients that has no discipline even if they bump into ladies.

Very crowded place any one come in middle of the line the management have to fix this problem and the security guard of the exchange does not no how to talk with the customer very rude behavior I was regular customer of this exchange from 2016 to 2018 because such problems I am not transferring the money.After all customer is God you people have to understand it especially teach your security guard how to behave with customers

Very very very very very bad I do not advise anyone to visit this branch. The wage transfer employees on the top floor are stupid and uncooperative, no organization, no role, no parking of the car, crowdedness of employees, stupid robots.
