Scammers, wanted to took 50AED for changing 300$ telling me that it’s service charge and it’s everywhere. NO RECEIPTS, Don’t go there!

Tellers are very unprofessional especially that Theresa in the Dubai Mall branch. Very disgusting service. Shes asking if How are you related to the sender? And my colleague answered back, Were not related, hes just our customer. The 3 tellers look at each other and they laugh in front of us. There were also other customers there in the queue and they all look at my friend. Whats wrong with her answer? Its just that theyre thinking the other way. So disappointed. I wont recommend this exchange ever!

Very poor service unprofessional staff. I send money for urgent basis and the transaction was error but they didnt inform anything its OK. When I asked them then they told me its error and you can collect your money. So I went there to send it to another account thay charging extra money. one philipino ledy was there her behavior is very bad..I will never go. 0 star

I have google western union service here in dubai and this exchange house showed. With the bad service review mentioned below didn’t hesitate to come because i really need money transfer service . I came across this bad review 4 days ago about a staff asking “How are you related with the sender” there is nothing wrong with the question . Maybe the customer is not aware or educated how things going around the world customer dont have any idea that its a mandatory questions for all. poor lady. Maybe she is from a high risk country that’s why. Alhamdulliah!

I exchanged 320 pounds and got about 1,093 AED. No receipt and the staff were very slow, seemed that the system was down. The usual exchange rate should have gotten me at least 1,400 AED. I don’t recommend this exchange place, it’s highway robbery!

Don’t trust their exchange rate. I exchanged 500 MYR only to find out that the kiosk which is a few steps away from them gives about 70 AED on top of what they gave me! I returned to tell them this but they don’t seem to care.

Beware of this exchange office. Despite the fact that their currency exchange board states that one US Dollar is 3.60 Dirhams, they charged 100 Dirhams for a $400 transaction (which reduced the exchange rate to 3.33 AED) and they do not let you know about it and they do not provide any receipt unless you ask. After realizing this, I immediately returned to the exchange office and requested for a refund which they accepted without any question (because they know what they are doing is wrong). Immediately ask for refund in case you used this exchange office!!!

Never use this Lm exchange .. Lousy service, wrong transaction number and recipient of money have also issue to take money f it was sent via this useless exchange....there system does not work properly ..staff dont dont know how to use calculator... I just sent money, and wrong calculation of the Filipina staff...3rd time im havinh trouble becuase of this lousy exchange..

Worst exchange rate experience. Glecy was very rude and aggresive towards me when i was asking question. I think she thought it was okay to be rude to me because im a filipino too.

They robbed me while I was changing indian rupees. The rate given to me was very low compared to the market rate.the same time al ansari was giving very good rate. When I asked for a refund they rudely declined my request and refused to give back mymoney. Cheating happening in dubai mall branch. No receipt at all. They are telling printer error.
