I sent my Money to Pakistan on 10th of September After multiple follow ups still yet my I didn’t receive Money in my account worst service ever stay away from them i will wait till today tomorrow i will go and will ask them refund.

Had the worst experience ever. No professionalism . 2 guys - one guy Filipino Manuel .. Both do not know how to talk with customers. Very very unprofessional service and I cant believe how al rostamani had these hiring standards.I will not suggest anyone to go to this BRANCH IN MALL OF EMIRATES.

Gracelle, at Mall of the Emirates Branch is the rudest agent I have ever met in my 7 Years of living in Dubai. The way she spoke to my husband as a first time visitor was UNACCEPTABLE. Telling him you should know this and pull down your mask and it took as over and hour with this woman. We have NEVER EVER used this service before. Our only reason to visit is our 7 month old babys grandmother sent him money for Christmas from Seychelles and we needed to collect it. We own two companies in Dubai and we would NEVER EVER recommend anyone we know to use this service, especially this branch and this agent GRACELLE. I truly hope that she will get some training on how to SPEAK nicely and in a professional manner to her customers. I dont know how my husband remained calm with her. She was awful to him.

The guy with the long beard was so rude and racist...he practically tore my recieve form in my face even before telling me my withdrawal was not supported by moneygram...this is unacceptable...I will never use this service... other exchange bureaus are far better than this ...such cruel staff, they behave like they are doing us a favour ...AWEFULL EXPERIENCE PLEASE DONT USE THEM ..A COMPLETE NIGHMARE

Really Bad Experience, teller are racist especially the indian lady named PARBATI she is so rude, and racist she will give a service depending on your nationality. Al Rostamani shouldnt allow this kind of attitude of their staff, importantly while on duty because they are representing your company.

2nd time I come they have very low rate compare with 2 other branches .Those branches have same rate even different exchange.. but here very low ..My 1st time i sent I get full amount to my account bank in my country . Same amount like i check before . 2nd and 3rd I feel surprised I lost much.I will never come and use this exchange .
