A very unprofessional staff named Mary Cherry Blossom in MOE Branch.Shes not so kind how to talk or even to assist the customer. I felt so very bad from her. Well,that was not my first time to meet her. First, Second I understood because maybe this girl is tired or have a problem but the thing is that everytime shes in the teller,very consistent on her bad attitude and bad service. She totally badly deeply ruined my day .😒 Anyway, thanks to the manager who voluntarily approached her just to help me.

If you go to UAE and you need to do a transfer please avoid this place, another company for western union can be more safe. Workers there wrote my name wrong in MTCN and I got trouble, they didnt solve and Im 5 months trying to get my money back when I try to talk to manager he says he is busy and cant help me. I spend too much in international call. Im suffer a lot cuz they are blocking my money and I will not say good things about this company until I get justice for my case.

I sent money to Australia last July 8, 2020 evening but my sister wasn’t able to get it July 9, 2020 as per the money exchange, it was collected already.I called in LM exchange and Western union July 9, 2020 they said it was collected yesterday! I even tracked it online and same thing it’s coming collected already! That “yesterday” you’re telling was early morning in Australia and money exchange were closed! I sent it here in Dubai July 8, 2020 @ almost 1900H and that would be July 9, 2020 @ almost 0100H in Australia. The date that it was colIected as per Western Union’s feedback to LM exchange was July 8, 2020 @ 2051H which is impossible. When I called in Western union the operator said it was collected 2051H US time. I need to know if it was collected, in which money exchange, who released and collected it!!! If your system was hacked or this was just an honest mistake please return my hard earned money! I’m pretty sure your system is centralized so don’t prolong my agony! It’s been more than 2 months! I always send money to L M exchange best rates now they give one hand watch to me there offer to send 4 times gift a watch I suggest to there management pls if u give some gift give good quality its very bad quality watch may b 15dhs nt more its so cheap to wear .pls next time give nice gift other wise no need to give .

I came today to send money for my families western union and I waited more than 35 minutes and no one care very weak staffs unprofessional I’m very disappointed and angry very bad services lazy staffs very weak unprofessional employees wasted my time

Disappointed. The female teller was not paying attention at all. She was busy listening/eavesdropping on other peoples business. I clearly specified that the charge would not be included but since she was not listening, she just included it. The whole transaction was delayed because she was too busy looking left and right and listening to others instead of paying attention. Definitely the 1st and last time will be using their service.

Worst exchange office in MOE, rude manager agrees on a rate and they surprise you with a different rate without asking, small advice to the maggot manager out there : don’t call your customers “buddy” because you sound ridiculous.

Bad service at all!

I went to the location in the Dubai mall to exchange money and I was charged 50 AED for the transaction as a “service fee.” When we asked why so much and if it was a fixed rate or percentage she would not answer. She would also not provide a receipt for the transaction. I did return the money and exchanged at another office for 3 AED with better exchange rates. Stay clear of this place!!!I called to complain a the corporate location; they were unprofessional and did not handle the situation correctly at all. The woman said it was a typing error. It was not a typing error because the teller specifically said 50 AED and typed a calculator receipt out for me.. it was an integrity issue- because we are tourists the teller thought she could scam us and we wouldn’t know the difference.

WALK AWAY. They shouldn’t charge any commission. They are not decent or honest. Exchange in FAB or Emirates NBD

Sheer unprofessional staffs.....sent my money to wrong account.....didnt even bother to recover the money and send it to right account....no apologies while handling complaints......Budhima is the supervisor there, the most unmannered one....doesnt know how to handle complaints.....be aware of these guys.....

I sent money to Philippines last Friday around 10 am, until now, Sunday 20:41 pm the money is not yet received by the recipient!!! I feel upset for this remittance agency. Other agency can send money within an hour!!
