Unreliable..It’s been 6 days since I sent money for my daughter, she needed that money immediately for her medical. Unreliable this exchange, I should have read the reviews earlier before sending it through them, it seems every one has poor reviews and bad experiences here.

Tried getting me signed for a card of theirs and also spend more than 40 minutes standing to get the chance to reach the counter because of the disorganized manner of calling on customers. Very much disappointed and continued my transaction at another exchange at the premises itself with so much ease.

Its not written that youre closing today on 8.30pm earlier, it should be informed here in Google as well so I will not coming far away then one of your guy will say close.

Very irresponsible service. Took more than 5 days to get my money credited. They dont have atoll free customer care and a minimal number of call centre staff. you would have to spend at least 50 aed to get your call connected to a customer service executive. So pathetic
