This Branch is very close to my home and all the people who work here are very friendly. I would especially mention the name of Mr. Asif here. He is the manager and always goes extra miles. My mother also often visits this branch and Mr. Asif goes extra miles in supporting her cases, when there are problems. He is always available on phone for assistance. For us, the workers of this branch is like a family now. I am really happy with Al Fardan, especially with this branch in Al Barsha Heights (Onyx Building). Keep doing the good work.

Definitely poor service or I would say no service. They are abusing with western union reputation. I have made a transfer 7 days ago and yet waiting for the approval that was supposedly to to be done within 3 working days. Western union should find better representatives.

If there is Zero star, I would give it...Really rude attitude from the staff, they have no knowledge of what their operations and procedures are, i have been lead towards different route to resolve a problem on vain.More so, i have been promised updates with no response or feedback, and i was the one to follow up every 2-3 hours on my issue and again the response is rude, negative and with no sense of urgency.Clearly using western union is for urgent issues and they seem to take their sweet time.

Their branch at Onyx tower started a promotion of giving wrist watches upon a criteria. Up on meeting criteria I was promised to get a watch soon and after my third visit I am told that they are out of stock for watches. So please through that stamped token in trash as it is of no use now.They hardly give a better rate on remittence by the way.

I really feel guilty because I gone al fardan exchange al fahidi branch’ there for sending some money evening 4:20 around ‘ but there staff behavior like all costumer are fool’ 1 south India gays slagging me like ‘ Nepali ‘ Nepali ‘ because of my face ‘ I feel really shame full there ‘ 4 pm evening 18/02/18’ it’s not good ‘ I’m also human being . Pathetic manager, Mr. Akbar full of attitude. Never in a mood to solve the problem. Mistake happened from his side after that too he was not polite. And wasbnot ready to accept the mistake. Because of him I am in loss of 100 dhs.

Very disappointed! They say on website here that they opened till over 9pm. I came running through our July heat as they face the road just to see constraction is going on! Why not update temporarily so persons are not messed around in this weather and waste time looking and paying for parking.

Pathetic service, One of the employee named Gyan doesnthave manner to talk with customers. Mistake happened from their staff named George. I gave him all the details and after that he entered the wrong account number of beneficiary after that too he was not polite and was not ready to accept the mistake. Blamed me that I didnt check the account number and I signed so I was confused and later on realized that they are earning commission like this way or staffs are not well trained. They called me to cancel the transaction and as per them i should get full amount on refund and when I reach they are telling you will get the amount as the per exchange rate of particular day. Because of their mistakes I am in loss. I will never use their service and never reccomend anyone to use their service as well.
