I think one star also not worth it.. Because of one person whole branch name will gets spoilt. Just train people how to speak with customers. How to interact with them. Train them. Dont just recruit some useless people who doesnt know to speak properly. I came across this person I dont no what his name is, Instead of giving a proper information he just spoke like as if he s in some market or something. Later I went to the other branch to clarify the same thing there I got the complete picture of what it is.I request whoever the concern persons please take some do something bot it.

There is no any update of when branch will open, my salary is still in UAE the exchange, kindly give me any updates regarding the open branch or how can I get my money. I called so many times in branches but no one is responding there.

Very irresponsible service. Took more than 5 days to get my money credited. They dont have atoll free customer care and a minimal number of call centre staff. you would have to spend at least 50 aed to get your call connected to a customer service executive. So pathetic
