I had worst experience today. i went to send the money to india to my sister account the lady who assisted me was an arab lady name.something like khurain or something . i do not understand if y she cannt talk to customer in proper manner she was talking to me as if i made her sit there n ask to do the job.. really bad experience no communication skills pathetic customer service

Worst experience, person doesnt know how to communicate with the customer, especially Indian lady, better learn how to talk. Orelse because of one person behavior firm name will get spoiled.

Thank you to the branch head of uae exchange, i dont know the name. My friend who is in the Philippines for vacation now had an issue with collecting his money from the agent. My friend asked me to visit the branch if They can resolve the issues, and he did. A very smooth transaction and the way he interact with me as a customer is excellent. He deserved a 5 out of 5 star rating. Thank again

Pleasant staff but there is always a problem with getting the prepaid go cash card charged.

Very irresponsible service. Took more than 5 days to get my money credited. They dont have atoll free customer care and a minimal number of call centre staff. you would have to spend at least 50 aed to get your call connected to a customer service executive. So pathetic

Uae exchange burjuman branchI send money from dubai to PhilippinesOn nov 2, and the bdo Philippines recvd nov 5,, how cool was that?And when i asked the teller on nov 4 they say oh ok check in 1 hr, and nov 5 at 1pm the bdo Philippines rcvd, how cool again was that?And when i sent email to the cust care theres no one answering why it was delay? How cool again?So we pay 100aed for service fee??? What for???
