First I bought the Georgian Lari at a very bad exchange rate but the lady at the counter emphasized several times whatever is left can be changed back upon arrival and meanwhile they charged a lot of commission and fees without making it clear to the customers.At the same time I also changed for some Armenian Drams at almost half of the regular rate. The staff wanted me to be under the same impression that it could be changed back later. But turns out that the guarantee wasn’t applied for the AMD but the lady failed to mention or give fair warning. So I lost 100 dirhams for the little money that I changed.What happened was very unethical. I would never go back there ever!!

Horrible rates for Tanzanian Schilling. They wanted more than 33% from Dirham and over 40% from USD. I wouldnt even call it legal since they probably prey on elderly or foreigners that have difficulties knowing reasonable rates.

They hired an inexperienced and incompetent staff a guy name Melen refused to complete transaction brazenly because one different litter of my last name on credit card and passport even both same pronunciationibrahem ,,, ebrahem
