Very slow staff, No smile to the customers, Sometimes Rude. Also too old staffs who are not up to date with customers service standars. But i love their rate and and money reach faster.

Submitted my Documents for Debit Card after a month they will say i didnt submit means they lost the Document . if i didnt call they will not inform.
