I need to get my money back from the gocash for I cannot anymore use it. It is said expire i tried to call your hotline but it seems nobody is answering it. Please need your cooperation!

Stay away from UAE exchange and their people and products. Me and my wife both have gocash card and they closed the card system and our money plus lot of others customer money stuck inside and now they are saying gocash is different we are different but while issuing they said we are same and now no one want to answer on phone or email. Phone calls drop by self either its UAE exchange or go cash card and email is full cant send emails this company is rubbish.

Terrible service at Dubai Mall branch.I went today and the employee Edwin was extremely impolite and lacking the minimum interest to serve customers. When I expressed my unsatisfactory experience, his reaction was a bad attitude.The story is that Im travelling and I exchanged money from DUBAI MALL. The notes that I exchanged were old, I asked politely for new ones. and here the attitude and impatience from Edwin started. He was sarcastic in a meen way and he refused to try to change it. I told him that Im not happy with that. But his answers were either to cancel the exchange or to complaint.Very bad experience and I didnt expect it in Dubai Mall at all.I will never use this branch again.Thank youOmar

Fast and professional service but not best rate in town!

Transferred money on the 27th JAN via direct debit to a UK account, as of the 6th of FEB transaction is still not complete. No information provided to customers of the issues, terrible customer service and no offer of fee compensation - I would not recommend using UAEEx if you want a quick & reliable service. Ill be switching to another exchange provider ASAP.

Poor customer serviceI wanna send money here in dubai mall branch and your egyptian staff didn’t accept because I don’t have a hard copy of my visa. He told me it will take time. He didn’t even apologize! This is my first time to send money at UAE exchange and i just had a bad impression about this. This is not convenient to customers that don’t have emirates id yet. Wish you could sort it out, it’s not the customer that will always adjust.

I rarely write reviews but today I got to, been a customer in UAE Exchange since 2013,basically never experienced a pathetic impression till this morning!! I walk in n there is this guy playing game on his phone looks at me n keeps going! I stand right infront of him for a couple of minutes n thts when he says how can I help! 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ Will spare the name fr now

Served today by Maryna at Dubai mall. Very poor service, she served me after finishing downloading apps on her mobile phone. Her body language suggested that she was not interested in serving me, she could throw questions to me and at the same time rolling her eyes. This is wrong.

God forbid. Horrible place. Three times my mother couldnt receive money,because UAE exchange sent money to nowhere. So much stress and wasting money just only to get my money back,which they refused to give. Horrible,disaster place
