Poor service teller is not profesional i went this morning in this branch to receive money and send money he asking for code but sadly i didnt heard clearly what he is asking then his face is cramping But i gave my phone to show my reciept then he told me and pointed the code then just few seconds its not take even 1 minute he told me the system for western union is not working i need to be back and check later i came in this branch at 8:00 am then im waiting till 8:30 to open but my service will not take even 1 minute i saw in the teller doesnt have a patient to wait even little time i came verry early because i have work in afternoon im really disappointed im not satisfied in his work i didnt get the service i want

Very slow and the office is unorganized, after i thought i m done, they have sent me to another counter to complete the process of transfer. The one star is for the nice secuirty guy and the cashier guy who was smiling

I send money to india from flash service they charged me 20 dhirams for flash ser5 but I have not receive the amount in my account ..very bad service
