Foreign exchange with usually OK rates for the major currencies, especially if you haggle over converting larger sums. However if youre converting larger sums its best to go on a day that their head office isnt closed (i.e. dont negotiate on Friday) and also probably not on a day the financial markets are closed.As there is usually only 1, maybe 2 staff doing foreign exchange conversion there could be a line before you get served.They also do Western Union transfers to the country of your choice, but it isnt cheap and you can get better transfer deals (including online) for larger sums.

The staff Emily was very rude for me for the last 2 days (13-14feb) when asked to change money; I noticed the same bad and rude behavior delivered to other customer before my self as well. I do understand that banks are available within the mall ( which I did for further exchange on 13) but unfortunately today is Friday and banks are closed and this staff of yours name Emely is such a disappointment to your names and brands by performing unhelpful behavior with an attitude once advised.For sure you don’t need to display such a bad customer service from one of your staff Emily in marina mall branch; it’s a shame!!!!!!

I visited on a Saturday night to sell some Euros. While it is true that they had a better rate than the competitors upstairs, the lady in the exchange counter was so rude that I just walked out of the store without exchanging the money. Unacceptable attitude from the staff member

1st time n last time very bad service, express means same time, but here it takes 5 - 6 hrs and they are giving their options for sending money. The exchange rate is different than others and customer care says it is deduct able if we send by name..wit

Good rates, but very poor experience. For a simple exchange they required all personal details from me including home address, company and profession.

Worst experience ever staff need to be trained about the customer care and especially the procedure.they are confused while dealing with the customers.Long cued and crowded with customers all the time because of the non professional staff.They delayed my transfer 3 days when i asked about the reason they said they neef passport copy of thr receiver which is out of mind why they need passport copy instead of ID copy.In short Ill not recommend anyone to visit.

Forget about star, the people who work here seriously needs to be trained in all areas of their business most especially operations and customer service ! Only one counter to FC exchange? 20 minutes in a que! All other cashiers in otherbcounters are actually yawning but least accommodating anyone.The staff however is least apologetic to any customer for the delay. I can assure if this continues they wont sustain in longer run.
