I had to bring my car 3 times for a simple fix of minor dents and scratches.Overall took more than two months to fix it since they messed it up every time.After the issue visually seemed resolved I took the car to another place to check it, and found that the repair was done in a horrible way.If I could give 0 stars I would.Totally unprofessionalNo attention to detailAnd always there is an excuse

I met with a road accident twice, and my insurance referred me to Eurogulf, beside that they need 7-10 working days for any repair, the employees are all very helpful, the follow-ups, service is great. They even do more that requested. No cheap but a great place to rent a car or get any repairs done

Detailed and efficient...professional yet simple...I had a small dent due to parking accident and had the insurance take care of it. I gave them my car on Saturday and picked it up on Tuesday. They told me it will take 3 days. Realistically, it took 4 days but maybe cause I gave them my car around 11am on Saturday it doesnt really count. Good job Eurogulf I really recommend this place as they have an array of vehicles they dont just specialise in a couple brands.

Absolutely fantastic experience with my insurance repair for a 2009 X5. Quality and finishing of work is top notch. They even did some extra work I needed done at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended. Rhees, the manager, is a solid guy who redefines excellent customer service and engagement.

This place is just ok. I would have preferred a phone call to tell me when my car was ready and progress updates. The job on my car was done well. Not to be too negative but whoever washes the cars needs to do a better job. Other than that I would still recommend them.

The staff were courteous but the paint job on my vehicle could have been done better.

Fast service by insurance claims. if you have all docs needed, they process everything in 2 minutes. tip: when you searching for eurogulf garage, dont forget to add RSA & AXA BODYSHOP - otherwise you end up in trucks workshop.

Original post 20/08/2020:Poor service and job. Was forced to go here by the insurance company.Update 08/02/2021:My car now has several problems because of the poor job done on the car.Highly recommend you stay away and fight your insurance on bringing your car here.

I was directed there by my insurance company and I received great service. After collecting my car there was some issue with closing the boot (occurred during repair). I called Eurogulf back after two weeks of collection my repaired car to check if they would still fix it for me and they did it immediately without even questioning if this boot closing issue occurred while my car was with they garage or no, and also asked to let them know if something goes wrong again. I was pleasantly surprised with this nice and prompt service. Thank you

Got my jeep cheaply repaired from this garage, I was actually expecting the same as I read the reviews but I had no choice as my insurance wasnt offering me better options then this..It was a accidental damage (only minor issue) from back of the jeep and I requested them to do wheel balancing and ellignment as the car was banged from the back by a taxi and the exhaust was touching the rear tire and car wasnt moving.The simply painted the bumper and called me to collect the car. I drove around in the city and it seemed all good but soon on the weekend while going to parks and resort with my family on the highway we all noticed that the car was shaking and vibrating and thats when I realized that again a garage has cheated me with cheap job..Actually let me be Frank, I think the insurance companies and the garages are together cheating with lots and lots of costumers like me by doing cheap jobs. Its just anther car for them but for someone that might be the only car in his life..I was first cheated way back in 2005 January when my first car which was a brand new Toyota corolla met with an accident and the cars garage and RSA insurance cheated with me and they ruined my car..I pray to god that no ones cars will have any accident so that we will be safe from these people atleast
