My car was admitted on a Tuesday morning in a very clean state for a job that requires approximately 48 hours but the garage stretched it for 72 hours plus the weekend to gain unneeded buffer time.On collection day, that is the following Saturday, I visited after my point of contact, Shawn, called claiming that the car is ready.The painting job was extremely poor. Paint was not even/leveled across both painted panels, and did not match the rest of the car, with a variance in shade of at least 20%. Initially, they had to paint two panels only, but their lack of professionalism and dexterity was the reason considerable amount of paint particles spilled over a third panel, and now the door has a painting patch that most likely requires a another paint job to clear! The finishing of both initial panels is hazy and lacks clear edges of where the painting should have stopped. Headlights are smudged from the inside and had paint particles on them, the BMW emblem is smudged with paint, and the black spoiler underneath the headlights is noticeably effected by the paint.Moreover, when I visited for collection, they all, including the paint master/master technician, played the blaming game and settled on blaming the over-powered junior technician, and that shows lack of ownership and responsibility.Funny enough Shawn is a good chatter and would be able to chat himself out of such a situation if the other party is a layman. I was handed over to Shawn by Shiam/Shiom (not sure of the name) because the latter did not appreciate the fact that I am outspoken and know my stuff. It is a game they are playing in KM Garage.I would have given this Garage below zero star if that option is available.

DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO THIS GARAGE EVEN IF IT IS THE ONLY GARAGE LEFT IN UAE !THE WORST GARAGE EVER ! A NIGHTMARETHEY DO NOTHING RIGHT FROM THE FIRST ATTEMPT & YOUR CAR WONT LOOK THE SAME ANYMORE !!You will take back your car with extra damages and scratches everywhere even inside your car !Unfinished jobs, paint horribly done, skipping most of the areas that needs to be painted, dripping paint everywhere.They used SUPER GLUE on the exterior of the car. I had to go back at least 10 times to repeat exactly same job which was horribly done before and to fix damages they have created.They are CARELESS about your car, they stow all their tools and equipments inside your car and on top of your leather seats.I found scratches inside my car and super glue drops.They have caused extra scratches on a glass they were intended to polish, and they end up replacing the whole glass frame, leaving a messed up poorly installed and loose frame behind.They disassemble parts using poor tools and they end up cracking and damaging it before they install it back, they will poorly install it back anyways, most probably will be poorly fitted with gaps everywhere due to the lack of knowledge and lack of professionalism.You have to be really careful and check everything before you take your car and be ready to go back and forth to this garage.Been told my car will take 12 days to be ready- it took more and NOTHING WAS WELL DONEI kept going back and forth for more then a month after I collected the car !!They have created more damages to my car exterior and interior instead of fixing it, luckily I did not have any mechanical issues in the first place after the car accident.I have to run and look after every and each single issue by myself, you will be expected to speak with all the employees by yourself and address your own concerns.Obviously the newer and fancier your car, the more attention you “might” get.It is an insurance garage by all means, you can only imagine how busy it might get and the chaos you will face dealing with them.NO ONE WILL FOLLOW UP WITH YOU. You have to call every-time and seek updates for each and every single detail.Irresponsible, lack of professionalism, lack of attention to details, fake promises !IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR, THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS GARAGE OR JUST DON’T GO AT ALL !!

Worst garage, gives you false delivery date and keep pushing the date everyday. Completely unprofessional with no coordination between staffs. I wonder how insurance companies like RSA has approved it for claim repairs

Was rear ended and had to visit this garage as part of insurance claim. Garage is impressive with lots of vehicles in for repairs. However the customer service is very poor, actually its appalling. Downright unprofessional. I had to follow up with the service advisor on all instances. Dont expect a call back if they say so. Delayed delivery by a day due to incomplete work. On the new agreed date also car was not delivered on time. Made an excuse that my cell phone was unreachable. Anyway car received finally, it was not cleaned properly and most importantly rear left brake light found not working. I expect the paint job to be as poor as the service Ive received. Only time will tell if my judgement is correct. Would not recommend this garage to anyone. Take your business elsewhere!

The place is not bad work also ok but its a headache dealing with staff. Had given 2 cars separately to different ppl but had issues both times with staff attitude and the service. Its a push blame game. Think twice before giving. A lot of followup and need to me very careful and vigilant with ur car. Do ur homework and then go else they take u for a ride.

I was visited due to a accident KM garage rashidiya I really disappointed they are service I never visit and support this garage, because my Insurense was RSA as per them my bonus and number was damage and after accident I do have some shake then I report RSA after I report one of person check RSA he is agreed after few days I contact one staff he is not agree to do that fault and he was did bumber repair not change and strongly recommend you to choose different garage not KM

They are alright, did a engine pulley bolt replacement there, u have to keep in touch with them daily to follow up on progress else theyll lag. Heads up though ask for a parts price breakdown on the bill and the old parts too .

Preferred repair shop of few insurance companies, decent services , and good response time, have to follow up sometimes , but over all they do a decent job. Havent got my car service here though. Only accidents repairs.

Staff was very professional and helpful specially the reception lady and Mr. Sachin from costumer service. Definitely one of the best garages in Dubai.

Worst experience ever. I went for a repaint for a small accident. They told me it would take 3 days. I called them on the 3th day to check if the car is ready, they told me yes, and after I went there, i waited 1 hour and they claimed that the car is being washed, but the car was not ready with half of the job not done, and everyone around the car having no clue whats going on.The second day i received the car with the job not done properly, you could see paint everywhere with spots. You could tell that its a very beginner work not professional at all.Conclusion: Not professional at all, lack of skills on the painting job. NEVER AGAIN. Dont recommend at all.

If you are Emirates staff do not go to this garage they will not accept your insurance having the insurance company given you a slip to claim it. I wasted 2 hours of the day just for this

Visited them for car repair after a small accident. Found their service not good enough, they did a poor job. The car was not even cleaned before handing it over and upon identifying an issue, they tried fixing the issue in front of me but lacked a simple cut-screw. The guy handling customer shahzen I think is rude and unhelpful. He needs to be customer friendly.

I wish i could rate them with negative mark.brought my car on Sat, 2-Jun and collected today, 6-Jun.get my car back dirty in and out and listened to Lukman who tried to assure me that this is normal and i can drive like this... he said that foot prints of safety shoes on passenger side left by myself and i dont need to complain and just gave them additional work to clean the car.boot was dirty inside with some stains and sand and even after cleaning by KM Garage staff they didnt disappear...accident affected rear bumper with some minor areas of paint peeled off on left rear fender, ive highlighted this issue when Lukman collected car for repair and he promised to fix it... which was never done... when i came to collect the car Lukman said that its not their job to repair it... as it will just increase the cost... strange attitude to revert opinion to opposite, not professional at all...its not fair to cover theirselves by Ramadan timing and quantity of cars...bumper was not fixed properly, keeping couple of steel clamps above the bumper, which means that theyve applied some force to tie it into the clips, which might damage remained fixing points...also, if you could see different shades of white color better to avoid this place, as i got rear bumper different from rest of the car body...tried to call to their manager, and he promised to resolve bumper fixing issues after Eid... will see what he said and whether i can rely on his words... or attitude will be similar to Lukman...will complain to Union Insurance for bad attitude and poor quality of KM Garage... as im tired because of rubbish delivered as a service to Clients in UAE... if you are unable to do quality job better to not start your business at all...P.S.: completely agree with their customers who assumed that positive rating given by their friends, relatives or neighbors... as this quality can be rated as good only by concerned people...to be continued...Updated on 20-Jun-2018, as promised...During communication with UI and KM Garage management, ive scheduled an appointment for the remedial job or repair work. this sounds ridiculously but in reality is very sad (((today, ive observed that paint in repaired area partially pilled off and there is a bubble due to poor quality paint and priming job... here you go, a proven fact of their inefficiency... to be honestly, im not complaining for nothing but each my word and each complain can be confirmed by facts and photographs...thus, think twice before selection of this garage... wish you do not stop here for any repair.

I had given my car Altima for rear bumper repair on 26.12.20. Mr. Dinesh was assigned from their end, he ensured that the work would be completed on 27.12.20. As promised I got delivery of my car and a small repair work on the front bumper was required which I had requested him. He did that free of charge, for the same work one of the service centres had told me it would cost Dhs.150. Will be taking my car for service next time around for sure to them.

A rock flew at our window on the highway and cracked the windsheild. Our insurance company only let us send our car to KM Garage. We took it there and after it took one week to order our windscreen. It took them one day for installation.Everything was OK until after installation. It was a poor quality job. They pulled out my salik tag badly and placed it in the wrong place. They reinstalled the center mirror too low. They did not stick back the parking sensors correctly and it fell off. And worse of all, the windsheild wipers got stuck when we switched it on.This was causing us a problem to see while driving so I had to push the wipers down so I could see on the road. When we took it back to them to fix it, they blamed me for the wipers because I pushed it down. But it was their fault it had an issue to begin with.I highly recommend avoiding this garage and not take it there. I guarantee you, myself and all my friends wont be going here At all.

Brought my car for repair and paint for a small crash/bump...referred by RSA, service was personalized. Good communication, Shazan assured me throught the process. Fair prices, efficiently dealt with. Always courteous and polite.reception air conditioner and with plants, Water fountain and fish tank, all very Zen...(unusual for a garage in Umm Ramool..Also did steam car cleaning and sanitizing. I expected the steam cleaning to be more effective, but it was still goingood value for money. I was happy all together.

Though, I left my car just before the lock down, the return of my car was post 25 days and it was up to the expected mark. I has an i stant approval from rsa insurance and inspitebof that the person at reception had asked me to leave tje car for 3 daysbjust to chamge the tyre. I spoke to their manager who assured they will biythe tyre and inform me asap. All this haopened on tuesday and till Sunday i did not get. Any call and when i called they said yes tulyrea came on saturday and they forgot to call without any apology and behaving as if its business aa usual. Then i went to gwt my tyre chsnged 30 minutes receptionist did not bother to ask who am i and what i wanted forget about greeting. After that another person came and said wait for half an hour. Such a nice facility with really useless rude people. I did not want to write this review but if it helps anyone take a good decision, so i thot of doing.. RSA insurance ahould terminate their tie up with them

My Nissan armada was brutally damaged during an accident. KM fixed everything (covered under insurance) and now my car looks brand new. It took 13 days but worth it. They fixed my bumper, headlights, side mirror, drivers door, car alignment and suspension. Polished and painted it to perfection.Great job :)
