Have been doing my regular services here and was waiting for a major service to review. My 2016 Landrover Discovery Sport needed a new turbo after 104k km since new and I must say that their service was top notch and at a very reasonable price considering the complexity of the job. The part had to be shipped from the UK and once it arrived the installation was quick and I’m happy with the service. Knowledgeable mechanics, for any Landrover this is the shop!

I had been looking for a good service center in Dubai who specialize in JLR cars. Found them through Instagram. The team there is professional and very helpful. They provide various options to choose for parts based on your budget. I have been very happy with their service and would recommend them if you are looking for a service center who specializes in JLR at an affordable price.

I brought my car for service and pointed out few issues in order for them to replace and solve. It took them two days to call me at the end to tell me the same issues i pointed out and to tell me that they dont have the equipments to replace and test batteries! … this is not all i have been charged for checking the issue i pointed out in the beginning that they also could not solve at the end. And i wasted two days that i could have used in repairing these issues somewhere else. If they have told me from the beginning that such issues could not be solved there i would have been happy and would not bother asking them to check it from the start but they only told me at the end of the second day.

Very professional ,transparent and attentive to detail they even followed up after the repair. I highly recommend them.

I am regular customer to them. The staff are friendly and the technicians have good knowledge and are helpful but once I had very bad experience with one of their technician as he didnt do the repair properly and when I asked about it he responded in a very arrogant way and had a big arugement. Their manager had to intervene to resolve the issue.
