Very bad behavior from employee disrespectable and unprofessional, At first he told me that the appointment had been canceled and I did not receive any message of cancellation2nd He was making me as liar because i didnt have passed statemnt from rta and he already have the Vehicle license and tald me to go to ather branch. all of that without any inspection from his side for the car and still not design any thing about it .
