Very bad service centre, no spare parts and booking for service take two weeks, charges is extremely high more expensive than Mercedes!!!This can the worst you can ever buy, after 50 thousands KM you will start hearing alot of strange sound coming from mechanical parts

Awesome experience.I bought Gac GS3 1 year book. Car is going great with good milage and no fault. Enjoying every10000 Km free service with free registration for 3 years... 😀But only negative point is that they are not allowing us inside during their service even if you request. They should allow us during our car service .

Sale: The sale team was deceiving. I wanted GS7, Mr. muhammad Ali said that its not available for showing, and showed me GS8, confirmed multiple times that there are inoy two differences from GS7, the rear power plug and 3rd seat row, rest is complete same in features and functions which was a lie proved later. Like the boot door was not powered, many other features were missing as he shown me the top model and sold the lower one. I was too foolish to trust humans. After booking he told me that delivery will be in one week, than keep delaying one day taking two weeks, saying that they are out of staff.Service: Booking the service is a pain. They seems to be not interested at all. Submitted online enquiry form, no response at all. Contacted the whatsapp number, responded that the concerned team will contact us shortly, its been a week no one responded. A friend faced the similar and once reached out, they gave the date of months ahead. Always say that they are out of staff.Bottom line: The car is great but the service is very challenging for customers. GAC needs to look into it if they want a future for their car in UAE.

I bought a car GS8 on 17th August and Bluetooth was not working properly. I had explained/complaint in next 2 to 3 days to showroom. My car was checked by the sales executive and later by after sales manager. Both agreed that the bluetooth is not working as same like test drive car (even test drive is not in perfect condition) and they say they will call me on next day. Today is 9th Day after inspection and still i didint receive any reply. whenever i call, after sales manager is eighter not on his seat or try went for lunch, seems trying to avoid me for the bluetooth correction. Not seen such a bad services in my earlier car service provider. not advisable to buy as there is no proper feedback from service dept, car cahrger is also takes lot of time to charge the mobile. Still i i am not getting any answer from after sales dept. i learnt lesson that never chinease car even though price is 30% less than others as ultimately we are spending lot of time to connect the service guys and wasting our precious time on usless things. Hope they will come up with some solution to my Bluthooth issue in next 1 to 2 days of which chances are very less.Ritesh Ramdhani+971 52 9868295

I was very choosy about lots of features in small budget. Went to many brands, but found that you need shred a lot of many. Finally settled with a french brand but not satisfied with the power, body and space. Luckily before making decision saw GAC on road just next to that showroom. Went straight to GAC showroom and got mesmerized. This one is killer... strong, powerful, spacious at the same time a whole lot of luxurious features. Mr. Arif is an excellent salesman who understands customer requirement even before they speak up. He has went me through experiencing the car tirelessly, I never saw anyone doing that. Great Car, Great Showroom, Great people to deal with- Just go ahead!

Good reliable and extremely well equipped cars at an amazing low price. Ali the salesman made all the efforts possible to sort out the paperwork and deliver the car on an urgent basis. Alan the manager is leading a great team and has great people skills and works magic with numbers in the quickest time. Really a working formula for both their customers and their business.I now own 2 GAC and am really satisfied with the overall experience!

I have 2019 GAC GS8 the car is perfect.. But the service is very very very poor and expensive i will explain the reason :1.only one branch in Shk zayed Street.2 take appointment you need14 days at list.3. The price and cost is very high. 40k services after discount 2400 AED.4. Is not professional technically team. And i till the team for one issue many time at the end they not tuch it and they say you did not inform us.
