Poorly managed facility, though most of the service staff are friendly (if they get time to attend customer) . No reception, no coordination, no planning etc etc. . As a major dealer, Nissan should have minimum quality on customer service.

The refundable deposit is NOT refundable, please make sure you are 100% certain before you put a deposit down, cos the company will use some excuse to hold on to it. In my case, they first said it was being held back cos of the tinting that was offered ‘FREE’, then they changed it to say it was being held back against the paint protection - which was also offered ‘FREE’. VIP treatment until the deposit is made, but worse than step motherly treatment (sales does not answer calls, customer service does not respond) if you decide not to go ahead.Thoroughly disappointed and DO NOT recommend buying a car from them

Absolutely Pathetic. Unprofessional, not good at all. Had an appointment scheduled by a guy over the phone and was given 10a.m. as the time. Got there only to realise they dont have info regarding my booking. Finally got assigned someone who then left and I was told by another gentleman to move a different service advisor. That took another 20 mins. So, by this time Ive waited a total of 30 mins. Eventually, handed in my car, got the service done and went to collect it. On the way back, I get an indication that reads Washer fluid low. This is after I HD specifically informed the advisor and checked woth them who said a 15 point check up would be done and if anything misses will be replenished. Nothing got replenished. Annoyed, I called the customer service and informed them of the mishap. Its been a week and I still havent recieved any call. Absolutely Pathetic service by this point I dont even know if they actually serviced my car.

I had a thoroughly fantastic pre and post sale experience with this company - notably from the sales manager Gautam Peketi. It is refreshing and reassuring to deal with a car salesman with such integrity and professionalism. I bought a used Nissan Patrol and was very nervous about buying second hand but Gautam and Nissan set my mind at rest and gave me all pre and post comfort. The car is a dream and so was the service. I highly recommend this company and commend Gautam notably for his outstanding sales service.

Unfortunately, my biggest mistake was to buy a Nissan Patrol & a Nissan Sunny for our company use through the sales (Anne) handelling the company cars & her supervisor (Khalid) who was only willing to sell without any honesty nor ethics. After agreeing on the options I realized the car was missing a rear view camera although it was agreed on & paid for. To make story short even if its a Nissan Dealership on the most important road in Dubai, its as if you are buying from the outside dealers so be careful & make sure you get in writing everything you agreed on because they are not legitimate at all & will find a way to bluff. Stay away from Nissan Showroom Dealership Sheikh Zayed Road.

Why promote the 370Z in Dubai when sold out and no idea when it will be back in stock! Salesman said car will be back in stock in December 20 but will be different model yet another saleswoman said it will be back in stock in March 21 and original model will be available! Also told car is very popular so sells out fast however not willing to put me on the waiting list to buy one! You have just lost a customer!

For the First time called for a manager there and as the manager is changed. The manager was very Rude and didnt even attend to me.I would rather deal with polite salesman who attend to me.Or go to another showroom from now on.Old management was amazing beyond words!

Just bought my 2020 Patrol but only after a really bad experience. Chose the Patrol I wanted and told the salesman I need it brand new and not the one on the showroom floor which was the same colon and specs. Anyway came to pickup my NEW car few days later and noticed the car in the showroom had been changed ! I was smart enough to take a picture of the VIN number (had a feeling ), when I saw my new car at the pick up area I immediately checked the VIN number and of course it was the same... gave the sales man one more time to confess but he kept denying until i showed him the picture of the VIN on my phone. then sileeeeence .. just horrible... escalating the whole issue to the showroom manager only got a sorry that should not happen we can change it for you horrible < so be aware !

I dealt one time with their pre owned division. They literally cheated me with a car that had a major accident and then repaired. The sales man Alaa convinced me that that was just a normal pre owned vehicle. Also the tires they put while selling to me bursted within 7 months. If i can give minus five I would have done that. I will never ever deal with this company.

Extremely disappointed.I bought a pre-owned Nissan Juke from Alaa in 2016, he told me that the car had original paint and never had accidents.I did not verify myself as I (wrongly) assumed that I could trust a product bought from the Official Nissan showroom.Today I did the process to sell my car, and after doing a comprehensive test I found out that Alaa lied to me at the time of the sale, in fact the car had an accident.Two of the doors, plus the back of the car were fixed and repainted.His behaviour was absolutely unethical as he took advantage of my inexperience and stated something not true in order to finalize the sale for his personal gain.

Worst dealer ever! I hate the moment. Because i have a recall campaign on my car then i done before weeks back after that they updated didnt update the paper frm RTA then i got fine arround AED : 1000.00 because of late renewal of my car.Even all services is very bad

Dear Sir/Madam,I hope you doing well.On Tuesday 13.08.2019 I receive a call from one of your customer service representative and I was very disappointed and shocked from the way how she was talking( lady didn’t introduce her self). She was very rood and aggressive and doesn’t know why she’s calling me( said that the manager asked her to call me and she doesn’t know the reason ). And after when I asked her few questions regarding the insurance she became irritated and complained that I asked her too many questions and I asked her only 2 questions regarding quotation of my insurance. She told me in very rood way to do the service and don’t ask her too many questions and when I will do service I can ask all what I want from service center representative.It’s unprofessional and making to look your company in a very bad way.After the conversation with this lady I don’t want to come and do this service and insurance because of attitude and first impression is very bad.

But after 3 years they came up with a story. First three years comprehensive warranty and next two years were Engine and gearbox only.
