A beautiful Ferrari engine built in a mix of Chrysler and Fiat parts. Everything inside the car fall apart (glove box, sunvisor, audio system) and the dealer will bill you crazy daily rates to do basic jobs. But of course the exhaust sound is nice, thats how they get 2 stars instead of one

Kareem at Maserati is knowledgeable about the brand and their vehicles. He is an attentive and responsive executive. The car was prepared very quickly following sale and Kareem organized other things, such as insurance and registration with my ‘private’ plate very well.I am pleased to recommend Kareem and Al Tayer Maserati, Dubai.

This is not a normal car, it is a drivers car if you know what I mean. It has all the luxury and the bells and whistles, however it gives you a driving experience like no other. In the last 2 years Maserati has come forward in leaps and bounds, now giving you a car that does not break, does not malfunction and is totally fun to drive.There is something,,,, hard to describe, a je ne sais quoi if I must about the Maserati brand that lends itself to throughly entertaining you while you drive.

They have a great service facilities and service professional that is well trained by maserati. But need vast improvement on the selling the car, I notice the sales team are just saying sweer things just to sell the car without knowing about the product and very pushy. As they say customer is always a value to them but I dont see it here.

I would like to share my experience with Maserati. Its no doubt one of the worst brands I ever owned, I own different brands and thought of giving a try to maserati and bought a quattroporte. Probems with the car started from the very first year with the whole dashboard leather coming off, had to be replaced, the brake system shut down completely, and got replaced. Now if u say here that it was under warranty and maserati carried out the works, so the point is that even if u buy a cheap car, a very normal brand, it will also run perfect for atleast 3 to 4 years and then major problems will begin. But could never expect this with a maserati as it’s a big headache and waste of time to go again and again to the service center for these issues. The main problem is that these guys don’t do anything when u take ur car for the normal checkup, I think just change the oils and wash the car, that’s it. And then when you face problem on the road and indicate them, they take action , otherwise they don’t give a damn. I started facing problems again in the second year with a voice from the back of the car. Took it to them several times and everytime I got a reply that this is the engine sound as the car carries a big engine .the warranty was for 3 years and in these 3 years I took the car to Maserati around 20 times for different issues, so u can guess the quality of the cheap parts they use. Then on the last service before the expiry of warranty, I again pointed out the noise but they said its normal and did the nominal service checks and the warranty ended. A couple of weeks late I got the car chcked frm a private workshop and they informed me that the car had issue with the differential and the voice was due to this issue. Upon taking the car this time back to maserati and pointing out the issue, they said yes it’s the issue with differential but you will have to pay for it as the warranty has already ended. It was a shock as the behavior was very rude and they had guaranteed me in the last service that the car was perfect and there were no issues. So that’s one way of cheating people to get money out of them by not carrying the works properly and leaveing them pending till the end of warranty. My advice is that before the end of your warranty, always get your car checked from outside agency and get a report of all the issues and then point them out in your last service as these cheaters will just change the oil and give your back.

Horrible quality, my front light counsol bottom got melted and sticky..... after only 3 years of using car. Everything breaks and non stop issues while on warranty. Never had such experience with other cars. The material car made of is very poor and not up to standards. I would not suggest to anyone to get this car.

Usually you continue to live with your problems after claimed to be solved in my case the same problem over two years :) access to information is harder than any brand .In general Maserati does not care as long as they sell the cars even at less premium then other countries and service follows the same routine. You should always drive one but not probably the second one based on the experience
