Poor service!Purchased my Giulietta veloce from Alfa Romeo Gargash, November of last year, 2 time service in the last 2 months, found it with many technical issue, unfortunately Alfa Romeo Gargash, its not able to fix it!very disappointment!whats the point to sell a car with a warranty, if you are not able to fix it!?Never again i will approch Gargash for buy a Car.

I recently purchased Giulia 2020 and I interacted mainly with Shabeer Ali for my car, and also few times with Mohamed Ali. Both showed high level of professionalism and most importantly a sound knowledge about this prestigious brand. The guys are really helpful and very dedicated to deliver positive experience. Very satisfying.The car itself is a joy to drive beautiful inside and outside and delivers outstanding performance compared with same category in the market.As a premium sport sedan Giulia is very strong competitor in this category specially to German made sport sedans.

Looks like bad reviews are deleted somehow. An absolute shambles of a follow up service. Test drive was fantastic and sales team were great. It’s what happens after that, that is a nightmare. Although I sent my paperwork on time, “We’ll call you back in 15 minutes” was 2 weeks ago. Worst communication I’ve ever experienced.

Interesting place to visit

Only interested in selling and servicing new cars and cannot handle older or classic Alfa Romeo.

The good: the choice of available cars is very decent considering this is a niche brand and hence inventory management must not be an easy task for them.The bad: the salesmen are not really up to the mark and will not try too much to understand your needs. Basically, I they are there to sell what they have, but they dont show much passion in their work. Prospects follow up is loose (dont expect a call back if you were looking for a specific color or model that was not available when you visited the showroom, in case this model becomes available). Be sure of what you want when you enter the showroom because you will get little advice. Overall, the showrom visit experience was bad for me and I think it is really a pity that he sales guys have not understood that they work for a brand that involves passion and time investment with potential customers, instead of behaving as if they were selling fast moving mass product cheap Japanese cars.

Great cars but sales staff has limited knowledge and zero enthusiasm, do not even know the specifications of the cars. Surprised how in this modern day and age they can afford to have such staff represent a brand like Alfa. Needless to say, I bought a competitor car.

I wish there was a 0 stars option. Despite making full cash payment for a vehicle, due to an error on their side, I was not allowed to receive the car. To make matters worse, now they will not refund my money or return calls or emails. Im surprised a business operating under Gargash is allowed to treat their customers with this level of disrespect. Utterly dissapointed. Keep clear of this dealership.

Alfa Romeo showroom is on Sheikh Zayed Road next to Gold and Diamond Park.Have a collection of both New and Pre Owned vehicles here.Good mix of collection. They also have a multi brand Pre Owned showroom in built on the location.

Gargash service is very expensive and does not stock many parts for Alfas. They lack very specialist knowledge. Recently there have been improvements..their showroom is central and sales staff very friendly.

I wish there was a negative 5 stars rating. One star is too much for them.Terrible in every possible way. My car breaks after every service. They only care about charging excessive amounts of money for parts and labor. The worst customer experience Ive had in Dubai, and they dont even care.They dont respect the extended warranty and Ill be filing a complaint against them soon.

I was disappointed with my visit to Alpha romeo i went to look at the Julia it felt like the sales team did not want to help me as I was looking around the car.one guy eventually with hesistent came to show the car around with me he was very knowledgeable on the car, and ok to deal with an as I was discussing I got greated by a sales management but she didn’t know the offer she was offering to me and the price or even about the car itself in the brand wich she was selling wich was uncomfortable experience for me as she just cared about her offer expiring and I had to book now but spoke more highly towards BMW than to alpha. I then decided to think about it due to the experience I had wich changed my mind to buy a car from ANOTHER band (Audi )as to the better service they gave me but not the car I was initially excited to purchase. Big shame on them and gargash is not doing good representing it well at all like this way. Don’t buy from them if you want bad service for the next 5 years

Went yesterday to check out the Alfa Romeo Guilia QV and although the showroom was literally empty, the salesman told me they need to schedule the test drive one day in advance(?).I went today on time and after giving him my driving license salesman told me I’m less than 25 years old so I can’t drive the car. I told him how do you expect someone to buy a car without test driving it, especially a less known car manufacturer. “Bring your brother or anyone you know” was his solution. No thank you.Solution is simple. I just won’t buy the car. Gargash are renowned for having the worst customer service so that behavior is no surprise, and that’s coming from a family that owns 3 new Mercedes from Gargash.

Worst service in the UAE. At a service they tell me I need to get my break pads replaced. Nothing surprising there, and I tell them to give me a quite first. 5,000 dirhams for front and rear pads. I ask if they can give some discount as this sounds insanely expensive. Not possible. I drive around the corner, where I find out the rear pads are just fine and get new, original pads plus sensors for 480 dirhams including everything. Not only less than 10% of the Gargash quotes price, but Gargash also tried to cheat me into buying rear pads I didnt need.Unfortunately I love Mercedes cars, but experiences such as these will seriously make me reconsider buying one in the future.Shame on you Gargash and your thieving employees.
