Its Renault symbol 2020 kindly accept this comments : -1- welding joints is very obvious as shownat below photos I didnt saw this jointbefore at other cars .2- Edge of door its so sharp I think better ifits curve , especially its almost sameeyes level when you stand its reallyrisky .3- fuel consumption I think its little heighfor this kind of sedan cars 13.5L/100km.Regards

No Arabic services whatsoever, No one speak Arabic in the Service Center, though its mention Arabic Service, but its not there!!!!I wish they will have more respect to United Arab Emirates and official language, culture, and the Owner!I strongly believe they should hire more local citizen out of respect and courtesy to the UAE and the Local owners offering them a decent job and life in UAE!.....

I got my car(renault duster) from agent named abdul baseth, aside from his knowledge with the specifications, he is very helpful on processing the papers. he even went to my office to pick up my documents since it will cost me if i have to go back to the showroom. he even stayed late just to handover the car. and now, even after a year, every time i have questions regarding my car, insurance and warranty my agent abdul is just a message away.

I bought a new Renault koleos 2021 last week. The listed price was 79800 AED and I was very happy. After exactly 7 days they dropped its price to 69800 AED.It is very clear the you lost a huge amount of money within 7 days only.Im really disappointed from the practice of the company about priceing it should be maintained for at least few months or to list the true price from the start.I was recommending my friends to buy it but now really really disappointed.

We bought a top of the range Talisman 2 years ago. Tremendous experience, sales team were extremely nice, professional, understanding and adaptable. There was no issue with taking the car for an extended test drive and the service department are very good as well.The only probable issue would be getting available parts for cars such as the Taslisman or Megane.

If you go with your Renault car to a garage, people will laugh at you and feel sorry.

I bought new car from Renault SZR show room brand new 2021 listed price was 79800 AED after few days they r selling it for 67650 AED .I visted yesterday the showroom they said it is from higher management.You devaluated your car by 15% so the original price was wrong from the start.Please review your pricing policy and buyers should be compensated for that.
