It was an amazing service, everything you need will be given to you on spot without any delays.In addition to the great welcoming by the receptionist Nawal, which made everything go smooth and providing a VIP service for us :)I would highly recommend to do the service for your MG car in this center.

I dont want to give the single star rating for this brand. worst Experience, when i bought the car the minor service was 349 and major service was around 800. now the sold the service team to Ali & Sons, they are charging 700 for the Minor service and 1400 for major service. which is not even worth a penny. i changed gear box at 7000 KMS and now i am facing mileage issue. once the car is sold the after sales team doesnt care about the reviews or complaints.Not recommendable at all.

It is difficult to get someone answer for service booking request. Experience after changing hands from Al yousuf to Ali & sons is worse. You need to go physically to get a service booking request and then you get a appointment after 15 days.. Had to change due to some emergency meeting , could not reschedule the appointment as no one bothers to answer the landline..

The worst customer service. Never attends the call. We gave the car for service a week back until now no one has called us back with updates, When we call they do not even know about the car and the status of the car. One customer service executive is on leave and the rest of the team are like headless chickens with no updates or ideas about what is happening.Last time we gave the car for service they misplaced our car license and kept putting the blame on us saying we carried it with us. We were 100% sure and their response to our question was These days no one uses original license hence its ok Later after so many weeks they called us back saying one of their other customer returned our car license as it was in his car. Such irresponsible people I have never dealt with....

Deeply regret buying an MG after visiting their service center. First experience with IEM Ali and Sons and I have to say its been nothing short of a disaster. Brought it in as the AC stopped working with no/ very little air coming from the vent on my RX5. Which is apparently a recall issue, which I wasnt informed of.According to them they need to keep the car for at least a week just to inspect it and repair will take further time. When I asked if I could drop it when theyll actually do the inspection the answer I got was in that case get an appointment for September and well try to do it in 4 days.SAIC will never be able to compete in this market with their agency partners providing such terrible customer service

I am a big fan of MG cars and the brand itself; however, I have the worst experience in terms of warranty claims and servicing. Something broke inside my Car and to repair it they gave me 1 weeks time just to order the part. Its a shame such a big brand and name but they dont have parts available in UAE? Furthermore, I dont have a Car from last week and when I asked the helpdesk to provide me an alternative option while my car is there, they told me Its not the company policy.Somebody needs to take a serious action on this.

MG6 TURBO 2012Rating is for their price and policiesOil change + filter 600+ (outside you can do it for 120)My car vibrates when accelerate to high speed, but stable in cruise control. Usually its because of spark plug issue. To replace spark plug 175 labour charge, 200+ parts. Total 400+. They dont accept if you buy parts from outside. Since it is expensive there I bought it online and replaced it from outside. Outside it is 40 AED labour charge. Parts 100 (4pcs).You can order or know the price by checking online site called AliExpress ( there is an app you can download)As I know this is the third agency of MG and all of them were charging many times more than the actual cost. I think I have to wait for the next agency 😔

One of the worst customer care support you will get in a car showroom.I had bought my MG 5 last year and since past 2-3days i have been facing a problem in my car. Once the whole car is switched off, my internal AC blower still remains on and i cannot switch it off. I called mg motors and they tell us to call the Ali & sons department. When we call there they give us the number of Al Quoz department. And the Al Quoz department tells us they cannot do anything on this as you will have to contact the Ali & sons department.Now I dont know which department of theirs i should go to.

Today was my first experience with the center for the first service for my MG RX8. Overall it has been quite pleasant. I found the staff to be polite and professional.

The Lane departure warning system stopped working on my car and I gave it for repair in this service center. They kept the car for 3 days and the advisor said that this feature is not there on my car. I said to him that I have been driving this car for 2 months and I have been using the LDS all the day. He was still not ready to accept that the car has the feature and wanted us to wait more days for the technician to come and take a look at it. Atleast I took the car unrepaired. The issue is still not solved. Overall a bad experience from a well reputed car brand.
