I sold a one-year-old MBenz (2019) car to them. Of course, they were not the only buyers I was dealing with! Since I was in the market, I was able to compare them with their competitors. Here are a few things I noted about this company:1. Extremely professional2. Polite behavior of staff3. Competitive priceTheir quote was one of the best offered for my car. I was dealing with other company (CarSwitch) and that quoted a higher price for my car and wasnt able to get me a buyer for one-two months. I was loosing the value of my car day-by-day as 2019 was ending. Very Easy Car was able to correctly quote my car, so that they and I both benefit reasonably. I was located in Abu Dhabi, still they made everything go smooth.Lastly, there was an inadvertent traffic violation (AED 100) that occurred because of their Salik violation (since I removed the salik tag before handing over the car to them), the team instantly refunded my money when made aware. AED 100 is not much when compared to price of the car, but the business has to be dealt professionally, and thats what they did.I would like to mention Inna, who was of great help in addition to being professional, nice, and polite. I may have not business if she wouldnt be persistent in listening to me and doing the best she could. Thanks for being awesome, Inna!
