I made a mistake of buying their 3 years service package a month ago.Customer Service - Very bad. I was promised my car to be serviced in 2 days but even after 3 days no body called me and no one, literally no one in the service center picked up the phone for straight two days. I had to go there and check if my car was serviced. Apparently the service was done on time and the service advisor was busy to inform the customer or to answer the calls. His name is Marwan.Car Service - Below average. The mechanics sounded like they do not have much idea about what they are doing.I should have researched a little more before approaching this service center. Not a reliable place overall.

The service vouchers they are selling for Aed 299 is a big farce as they dont give you the important details when the customer rep called. I bought the vouchers specifically for the denting and painting work and I also asked the sales rep whether original paint will be used as I need one panel of my car done. She confirmed saying yes no issue, but when I receive the voucher it has a caveat that this voucher can only be used with a police report.. So now I should actually get into a minor accident so I can use this voucher... ALSO INSPITE OF asking the sales rep to ask one of her senior mangers to call me a I want a full refund , no one has bothered to do so for the past 3 - 4 days
