Every time I visit Audi Al Naboodah showroom, there is something new and exciting, this is Audi after all, and the courtesy of the team is exceptional!

The cars are awesome.. The prices are not.Unfortunately Al Nabooda does not configure their cars to match Ali & Sons, so they end end as overall lower value for money...

This showroom is a piece of art and something matchless in Dubai. It has two stories and vallet parking is available for all customers visiting the showroom. The new Audi Q 8 is a wonderful car and it looks very special. It is a bit overpriced though, around ( 359 AED ) in the showroom price. It is almost same price for Q7 top specifications. The A8 car is above 400 AED and it is a wonderful and super car. It is very high standards and addressed to the elite personnel.Other cars like Q5 is somehow affordable comparing to the above mentioned high class cars. Q3 and other Sedans are also less price but affordable.All in all, Audi is a super class car with many attractive shapes and models beyond compare.

There are two showrooms in sheikh Zayed st. One is for used cars near by suzuki showroom and the other one for audi new brand near by alwaha in al waha st. Service road.

Das Audi. It is worth to just come and buy.

I dont trust Audi any more, I drive A3 for 3 years and for not more than 45-50k without accidents except very simple one, I complain many times from clicking sound when i accelerate the speed from D1 to D2, after arround 3-4 appointments and diagnosis and by accident they diagnosed that we have to change the gear box due to internal damage and they found metal chips in the oil, can you imagine the main parts of the car are the engine and gear box, and i bought Audi to feel safe while i m driving it, now i m surprised just i used the car for 3 years and not more than 50k and i faced that main damage. To clarify it yes they change it under warranty and the stuff are kind and cooperative but i cant trust Audi any more while before was my favorite car and I always I put in my mind that I need to save money to upgrade it but after this experience I ll not for sure and I dont recommend it.

Audi goes big with this beautifully designed terminal or showroom. With Audi cars as far as the eyes can see. The service is as what you would expect from a luxury car brand. But again, it depends on how well you click with that person.I ordered my Q5 and I could not have been more impatient. I loved Audi.

Overall ambience is grey and boring. Showroom was not well lit either, so not a pleasant customer experience of the brand

Went to buy my A3. Theres free valet at the gate and our sales rep Abdullah Qadir was a great guy! He gave us all the information we needed about the car and provided all kinds of support.They also tend to sell you the premium version of everything so its good to go prepared (to say no).

Super happy with my order, great sales team helped me out to get a good offer for me looking forward to getting my new car on Wednesday, I feel I can trust them a lot with my future services and will definitely come back to buy my daughter the A1!

The worst service you may expect: my car was due for service but no available service till 40 days later. they kept the car for 8 days, no answers to my calls, no communication, and no follow ups!No courtesy at all, when I dropped the car at the service center, no courtesy ride to go home was offered, even I was informed over the phone about it before I arrived to drop my car.Terrible experience, but good enough to make you regret buying an Audi from Nabooda!

Terrible service, employees rude and unwilling to provide support for audi car owners. Poor knowledge of cars and spare parts, limited working hours. Total disappointment for AUDI AL NABOODA

Really helpful sales staff. I had to wait about two minutes to meet a staff member, and one if their managers who was going out stopped and checked with me whether i was attended.

I have roamed the showroom for 15 mins asking for help and not 1 salesman helped me. very bad service.

Amazing place

I was standing outside the show room, and noticed some people inside, but the doors were locked. There wasnt a sign or any notification that the show room was closed.This is after my last visit when the sales guy was lying to me, that the car i came in to buy is never going to be sold here. Horrible service from the sales team, i guess the service center wont be any better.
