There’s a good service advisor except someone called Aftab not recommended himCheck any one expect himIn beginning I came with Mr Arun he was very smart and explaining very well for any issues.But this guy he’s not good at all.But overall very good place to maintain your car.But, you have to check very well for scratches and any new sound specially after changing any partsThis is important turn off music and listen to your carBecause I changed my beaks A6 and came 4 times because of sound coming after changeTake care very well

New service centre that recently opened. Very clean and service has improved. The waiting lounge area overlooks the service area through a glass panel giving it a very elegant touch.Tip: Make sure to take the slip road before the service centre otherwise you will be doing a big U-turn.

I have a Q7 and I bought it second hand while it is still under warranty. I continue conducting the annual services at Al Nabooda. It is always very smooth and without problems. I had to change xenon bulb, air blower, evaporator in last 3 years only. Recently I had a major problems with multiple issues, coolant leak, oil leak and belt. There are independent three problems and Mr. Ruben Service Advisor and Mr. Benny Matthew are quite kind and took time to explain the problems one by one. I feel confident that they are giving right advice and right service for my safety and my car. It is not the cheapest but you feel better and their replaced spare part do have also warranty. I am convinced that their premium for the price is adequate and saves likely a lot of trouble at the alternative options.

Horrible service for a German brand. Your car will literally sit in their shop for days even for a simple job to be done.Lately, I’ve been hearing noise on my steering wheel. Took it to them, checked by 1 technician, then I was told that it just needs some lubrication. I was asked to book the car on another day. Can’t be done on the same day. So I booked my car. Dropped it on my appointment day; 7.30am - half an hour earlier than my appointment time - hoping I could my car back earlier that same day. To my surprise , I was told repair can’t be completed within the same day. They had to call me the next day for an update. Seriously? But I didn’t argue anyway. The next day (which is today), they told me some bushings need to be replaced and my rear brake pads as well. They have to order the parts and will arrive only the following day. Don’t they keep a stock if these parts at all??? These are fast moving parts for goodness’ sake! I was asked to leave my with them for another 5 days! This is just for doing a simple job that can be any other shops for just a day. How do I know? Well I’ve got a Volvo and they’ve never kept my car for more than a day even for much bigger repairs.Another issue I have is my extended warranty. The AC duct under the front passenger seat is getting loose. I ‘ve never touched it, no idea why it became loose. They technician said that it only needs to be fixed, no parts will be replaced. But they’re asking me to pay for it as plastics are not covered by the extended warranty. Are you kidding me??? These people are ridiculous, incompetent and poor customer service. Such a shame to handle this brand!

A lovely place to sit which is handy. Theres a lot of waiting and no appointments to be made as the call centre can never connect. A call back is always promised but never delivered. I was told to wait for a call the day after ordering and paying for a part in person, 5 days later there is still no call or connection from call centre. Finally had to visit in person; place was empty of customers and staff. Get seen after half an hour of waiting, for the part to already be there. Im then given the under engine protection cover and told to take it. I had organised for it to be fitted on the first day when I ordered the part. If you can get your car fixed somewhere else, do. If you absolutely have to have an OEM part, unlucky.

Registered online for servicing, audi called within 24h to confirm the appointment.Dropped the car off, and audi took care of everything. The service representative kept me informed about every step of the process.Picked the car up, representative showed me the work that had been done and signed off all documentation.The whole process went very smooth.Very positively surprised, especially after reading the reviews here.From my experience Id definitely recommend this service.

Call center is horrible. You can’t reach anyone easily. Their service advisors are very creative in finding ways to charge you more. They work until 6 pm unlike other service centers. Appointment can be difficult during working hours.

Rear brake pad light start flashing 1 week after service. Had to return to the garage to get it replaced. They had planned on replacing them when we returned the car to get another part replaced but no one mentioned this when the service was done.So I returned to get the brake pad replaced and was asked to come back Two days later . Appears they do not understand customers time is valuable and where they have overlooked something they should be attempting to resolve it as soon as possible.Interestingly while I was there, one customer waited 30 minutes to be seen, another couple left furious over something and a third customer was being given an apology.The staff are pleasant but I think the management and staff need to be trained in proper customer service.

Generally good all round service. Car was returned in good shape and everything was done in a timely manner. Communication and updates could have been more forthcoming and I had to chase for updates more than with other auto dealers service teams (Land Rover, BMW, VW).

Last free service was as expected - not good. They didnt warn me about my tires even though I told them I hear a sound when driving. When I changed my tires I was told I was lucky I changed because there were cracks in my tires already from driving with low pressure - which Audi also did not rectifiy during service.They also didnt rectify my wiper system. and dont ever expect a call back from anyone.

Worst service experience of the lifetime. I took an appointment and visited them but I kept waiting, they forgot to call me. Frustrated, I left the place. Second time I took an appointment and again waited 45 minutes before being attended. The Service Advisor went for a meeting. Then after yelling at the Manager, I was finally attended. Never had any problems with any of the Japanese car service centres.

Pathetic service.I have been after them for two months regarding a car problem and every time I visit the service center i am told that your problem can only be solved or addressed by your service advisor and she is never available which is shocking and shameful as they are representing a well known brand. I have to deal with there incompetence with by busy schedule which is just frustrating. I am not at all satisfied with there services.

I had to call service center like 20 times to get to answer the call and when they did they said someone will call back same day, and no one called. So had to call again next day, after many many many attempts i managed to get hold of someone again they said they will have to call back, well this time someone called in few hours.there was 7 weeks wait for servicing, after 7 weeks, I as told the car would be ready same day if nothing wrong. Service adviser called me, i missed his call. its been 2 days now, I keep calling them and no one answers. I somehow got in touch with the customer care, they told me they will make sure, my service adviser will call me asap, guess what, no call. Biggest mistake of my life, i bought an Audi. Cant wait to sell this car and never ever buy an Audi, not because Audi is a bad, just because their service is the worst I have ever come across in my entire life.Warning !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They damaged my back bumper with large dent without telling me. I was lucky that I checked the car before driving it out. Customer Service first didnt admit the incident but the checklist was there to state its not the case. They finally accepted responsibility and had to leave the car 4 more days to repaint the bumper. Very unprofessional and rude, wont buy Audi again from this dealer.

Phone numbers that dont work. Confusing situation with different locations that do different things. Ridiculous wait times for servicing. I called up the 800 number to seek help on my q7, the reception gave me another 800 number to call. Upon calling that number I was directed back to the Audi (first number) that I had called. No details about the car was asked, I was again directed to another number. With not able to get any help, I called my insurance guys, who sent someone for assistance. The I dont care attitude was unhelpful to say the least.I realized the battery was dead, what bothers me was I had recently got it serviced and they had kept the car in the service center for an additional day to just check the battery - now wondering what check was done.Overall unfriendly and unhelpful lot.

Service manager was prompt. Coffee area unstaffed. Return dropoff on the hour only so you may have to wait over 50 minutes after your car is seen to. They appear to have only one dropoff driver. Overall gone downhill from my last visit.

Honestly you have a fancy state of the art facility, but I literally have a window that wont go up properly on a 2016 Q7 and you need my car for a week. Which basically means it will sit there untouched for 6 days and then you will take 2 hours to fix it. Horrible horrible service. I would strongly recommend to anyone I speak to to steer clear of buying an Audi in Dubai due to the horrific service.

1 star for nice shiny place and coffee. Rest of experience from start to finish is dreadful. Even during quiet periods you wait for over an hour to even be seen by a Rep.When they take your car you will have to chase them for updates as they will not call you. Communication is terrible throughout and no apologies made. Compared to VW (same group within Al Nabooda) Audi are way behind.One of the most infuriating things about waiting for 1.5 hours to be spoken to during your working day is seeing the many managers or staff members happily chatting and laughing together over coffee in their offices while you sit waiting with no one paying attention. The only person i saw working was the coffee lady and the guy cleaning the windows!My personal experience was a brand new car immediately getting a fault and the part taking 2 weeks to arrive from Germany. They then left it two weeks to fix while i was away to find out they forgot to order the special glue...so another 2 weeks delay for this. I need to chase them now to get an update, via the annoying customer service line, as the direct number is NEVER answered and Mr Sayed will not call me directly as Ive said.

Unreasonably strict appointment ( 54369)its dubai and people get late.Nobody can leave all his important works and be there at exact time.1 hour up and down is part of dubai life and it aint much of a deal. They should accommodate clients rather than refusing to take the car without any legit reason.So one fine day I had an appointment and I called the service advisor to inform that Ill be 1 hour late. But even after requesting a lot the response i got was reschedule the appointment which was after 2 weeks.Besides the service advisor told me for reschedule some one would call.But there was no calls at all.Poor customer support.

Once you get past the long waiting times and i dont care customer service, get ready to pay thousand for some small and very frequent maintenance, you will find your vehicle in worst condition than before the servicing. A few months after every service, new problems begin to arise from all models (my family has 3 cars between us), almost as if a monkey does the servicing and breaks more than it fixes each time. Will never ever, ever buy an Audi again.

Facility wise it is perfect. Service wise it is way below expectations. You can not deliver your car any time afternoon. You have to have an appointment. All appointments are way far from expected. Onky one shift is working.I would recommend study al ghandy service center model and try to apply it here to raise the service level and cover more customers

No flexibility whatsoever. For the three years I have Q3 I asked the service team for one favour to collect the car after 6 pm, they could leave the car with the security or anything else but no. That is against the company policy was the answer. So I guess it is against thr company policy to be flexible and find a solution to serve a client. Definitely a big garage yet they are over priced, my car has been there for more than three months and still counting for gearbox issues.They wont spare a chance to rip you off your money and definitely the worst ever decision is to buy an Audi as second owner because they are the only car agency that refuse to extend the warranty to their customers and punish them.for not buying as first owners which should also affect you if you are selling your car to secondary market.Really I wish I could have reversed my investment in Audi to either BMW OR MERCEDES-BENZ.Never again Audi

To whom it may concern,We have been a loyal client to you brand since 12 years, yet the last experience with Al Nabooda service centre has left a bad taste for business with you…My wife and I have a bought an Audi A4, three years back (A4 2014) and we have got a service contract that got expired on January 2017. The Car has been serviced with Al Nabooda service centre since the day of purchase and every time the service audit results showed that car in a perfect condition… (NO defaults whatsoever)On Feb 14th, we have admitted the car to the service centre as usual, and to our surprise, a week after the service contract expiry, your service team have “DISCOVERED” more than 20 defaults in the car for a total ridiculous estimate of 20,000 AED !!!! (ref here-attached)when we have requested a clarification in this regard they have explained that these points were not within the routine checkup that the service contract covers Despite the fact that some defaults has been highlighted as CRITICAL !!!The matter has not been resolved up to date as we did not receive any logical explanation for this astronomical figure that has been presented to us.Three Weeks ago, the car broke down in the middle of sheikh zayed road and we had to drop it at the service centre to understand the issue, a service agent representative Mr. Sayed (from al nabooda service centre) explained that the issue is a default in the fuel unit, and gave me an estimate of 3300 AED for this malfunction… We have decided to fix the car since it was OUR FAULT that we have bought an Audi apparently!! after a week in your service centre the car has been delivered on the 13th - Yesterday the BROKE DOWN AGAIN for the exact same default!!!!!!!Since yesterday and your service attendant is either on lunch break or not of his seat... and this has became frustrating if not INSULTINGBuying an Audi has always been a conscious decision related the the high quality and great service that the brand promise its clients…I am extremely disappointed with the fact that the brand can not stand to its promise…PS: When I have requested a managerial number or email from Sayed, he deliberately explained that your team will take TWO WEEKS to answer and email !!! another alarming customer service practice… yet guess what HE WAS RIGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME

I understand why the brand like Audi allow to do any job by Pakistani, Indians, or any other nationality except Europeans. Extremely overpriced. Even for a light bulb change the labor cost only would be 300 AED. If you drive a few meters to e.g. Ankara garage, you get it fixed on the spot (without facing 1.5 hours waiting time estimate) and for 60 AED including bulb and labor.
