I went with my Family to check on a car but was suprised that none bothered to ask me what i was looking for or to assist me.

So bad that they hold porsche. They are bad working just for money. I think they get raise for how mach money they gain from customers. They talk you like a lawyer to not let you speak any more and shows that I’m wrong.Bad news. Germans if they know how you work guys trust me they will close the grage.

The service here is great. Once you get assigned a service staff, befriend him and he will go out of his to help you. My guy was Jean Paul and his customer care skills is outstanding. My car never took more than 24 hours to complete. However, there are times when they are swamped but it is understandable. Im not quick to judge after years of excellent services only to be met with a couple of times of long waiting periods.Thanks Audi

Sales people are very enthusiastic and will be happy to assist you with a test drive. Also the staff can help you with arranging bank facilities for your purchase.

Car is good but the service is very poor. You may consider stop selling Audi in Dubai if u do not have capacity to service the cars you sell. Its only one mandatory service in a year and even for that one has to wait for minimum two months to get an appointment. The situation remains the same for the last four years and no one seems to care.I have decided not to buy another Audi...

Really quick and efficient. Note this is the used approved plus showroom address not the new Audi car show room. The manager of the showroom is a bit lacking in customer service skills, but employees are great.

Used to be my go to place for buying a used Audi. Until I found they sold me a car with painted panels and lied about it.Its my fault for trusting the 300 point check blindely, but I should have went for RTA comprehensive test.Obviously they are overpricing their cars off the charts under the above context. Anyways lesson learned.

Disappointed with the treatment of the salesman last Saturday. He spoke to us in a very disrespectful way (wish I had his name). I ended up buying a better car the next day from the Ali&Sons showroom in Abu Dhabi instead, and they were MILLIONS better in customer service.

I regretfully have to complain as I have had enough with the after sales service of Audi division, or lack of it apparently. Every time I need to book an appointment for my car, I cant get through via telephone and have never gotten an appointment within reasonable time frame. It is always 2 months +. This is unacceptable which will certainly affect my future purchase decision and referral of your organization. Terrible representation of the brand!!!

Warranty is fake/bad. I bought my car in June 2016 from company so i ensure no head ache of maintenance, and i will have continuous service. Until I come this year September 2017 the battery dies, and couldnt jump start my car. Took it to audi to fix with warranty. And guess what, its not covered by warranty, because mileage is low. Seriouslyyy?? I wish Audi Germany knows about this . I had to pay 1200 AED to fix it.This got me sooo disapointed about Audi, and the dealer here in dubai

Sorry to say but...It is terrible.Service of my car took more than 3 weeks but promised for around 10 days and no spare car was provided. Even though I needed to come back as they had forgotten to fix one of malfunctions but it was in the to-do list.Also during my initial complaint they could not tell me why there was shaking of a wheel during turning at low speed and with acceleration. At the end a technician blamed tires but they were fine.

Worst experience. Waited for 45 minutes after reporting at the reception. Service advisor didnt even turn up to inform that there will be a delay in attending. Service levels are nowhere close to Japanese car dealers...👎👎👎👎👎

Waiting period of 2 months is insane. They said that the center will inform me if there is any cancellations. I should hace consudered servicing tenure and quality.

They arent qualified enough to sell cars, they will treat you as a super market, go and pick the car you want and go to cashier to pay, no one will even give an attention to you, they dont care about showing you the vehicles or features, they will not even try to convince you to purchase !! Very bad experience.

Please let the monopoly end here soon. Great brands like this are being failed due to the lack of competition
