Terrible experience overall!My car drives with a terrible grinding sound like a tractor after they replaced A/T liver cable and transmission mount as well as rear brake pads. I sent the car for a follow up service because of this and came back the same. They now seem to blame high mileage (200k) for the state of my car despite not being the case because I owned the vehicle since new. I regret doing service at this garage. Both times( initial and follow up service) my car was not washed and they offered for me to bring the car another time for it to be washed which is quite silly considering where I stay. The consultant Sydney was also not helpful and I had to call him many times for him to give me the status of my vehicle. He doesnt seem to like either me or his job very much!

When that day to see the new C8 and the ct4 vI was really impressed with the C8 and now I am waiting for the ct4 blackwing to arrove so it will bet the german rivals once and for all

I went to check out the new Yukon. I had a warm welcoming from the receptionist who received me but unfortunately I spent some good time checking the car out and waiting to be attended by one of the sales executives but nobody showed up and I had to leave. They don’t offer test drives neither do have catalogues.

We had a very satisfactory experience while buying the Chevrolet Captiva. They were professional, friendly and very supportive.First we had a warm welcome by the receptionist (Lindsay I guess her name was),Then Mr abbas Mohammad, who helped us choose the car, was very caring and knowledgeable. I recommend you ask for him when you visit their showroom..

Poorly received as a walk in customer. I was about to buy the gmc yukon/tahoe having some enquiries about warranty and servicing however I was ridiculed by the salesman. Quite an unpleasant first experience at sheikh Zayed showroom.

Had been to check one of the car in showroom,Mohamed tawil was the sales person who attended us. We were given warm welcome and the options of the car was explained in detailHe was patient enough to listen, answer and advise us on our preference and budget.

I have a very BAD experience!!!! I have called the call center and they have booked for me for the repair of our chev cruz car as it was totally dead so we have send the car through recovery and when we reached there, they dont want to accept the car for repair due to internal policy.The manager and representative of service center doesnt even check and inspect the car.They dont eve provide any solution or advise to our case. They dont care at all!!!As service dealer you should protect the name of your brand. but i can see hear that they just protecting their self and dont want to take any responsibility. LITERALLY THEY TOLD THAT They CANNOT DO ANYTHING without checking the car.

Because of receptionist I gave 2 star, otherwise zero.. I had appointment for test drive bcz I liked this car to meet with advisor but it took them more than 20 minutes Im waiting then I left. Received a call after doesnt mean Im OK with it

I wish there was a no “star” option because 1 start isn’t even deserved.1-had the worst possible experience in my life with the service Center it was absolutely horrible and unprofessional I have been called a liar for the damage on my rims when I received my car for service then I provided proof that it wasn’t me and the manager apologised and offered to fix my rims WHICH would have taken 3 weeks so I declined AND I HAVE PROOF FOR THIS IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO SEE.2-Honestly garbage service Center extremely unprofessional horrible there isn’t a single word in the English Dictionary to describe how HORRIBLE THIS CENTER IS I own a horrible 2020 gmc Denali which is absolutely garbage of a vehicle had multiple problems with it LITERALLY OVER 10 different issues from tire sensors to gearbox issues to the armrest yes ARMREST falling off from the horrible glue that was applied KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A 292Thousand-AED VEHICLE, and the FOG LIGHT THAT Fell off because it wasn’t glued properly it’s ridiculous literally funny a Toyota Camry is better built no joke.3- OH OHHHHH don’t even get me started on the horrible GEARBOX that bangs and bangs on every gear change like it’s a 1000hp sequential gearbox the noise is horrible to hear the bang is like your getting REAR ENDED.4- last but not least THE Beautiful suspension that has been placed inside this vehicle that literally I kid you not feels like your sitting on a washing machine yes a washing machine yes you heard me right A WASHING MACHINE LIKE A rollercoaster straight out of Ferrari world. Hey want to drink Starbucks at 7am that isn’t happening in the Gmc Denali your organs are going to shake from how bad the suspensions are.I have proof if needed.But hey the 6.2 in it is surely worth the 292k :)))

The first time in my life I took a car from Al-Kindi and I took two cars at the same time, but unfortunately it was the wrong choice to choose the agency because both cars have a problem. Currently, I have been trying to solve the problem without success. The second problem is that a car enters workshop and the second comes out. No one responds to the call in workshop SZR. Not happy. Never gets the items what we are looking for. Not even packet of lays plain chips with salt??? Or Almarai Apple juice??? Not even good quality of vegetables???. I would rate this store as a poorly managed store.

Mr Jawad is an example of the polite, hardworking and considerate salesman.He strived to fulfill our needs.We recommend him for any one who wishes to view cars at that showroom.Communication could be better, especially when too many information is given to the customer in a short period of time from the finance department.

Not good service after selling in the pre owned car.When I bought my car last year I have seen bad tires in the car and the agant told me ( trust me, the tires will be with the car atleast for 2 years ) but after 1 year,the servece center tell me the car has so bad tires and we have to change it and you have to pay .

The Worst service I ever experienced. I bought a vehicle from them and the purchase support was great now that I have the Vehicle it is a total nightmare to get a booking for service I tried calling for 2 weeks straight waiting 30minutes a day on the call with no one answering then they give you the option for a call back and in two weeks no call back happened yet.

I liked the showroom and purchased my new car from thier, the only thing that was disappointing was the deleivery of the car as the PDI took way longer then it should have.

I bought a car in al ghandi and now I know I would never do it again. Their after sale care and service is terrible !! They are careless and unprofessional. Hard to connect and book an appointment. They keep car for very long time. Simple service takes them always more than one day and I have to call and try to get my car back on the same day which is ridiculous and unacceptable as they never call to inform about progress. With my other car (different brand) I go and within 2-3h always everything is ready and done !

Poor customer support. All egyptian/Arabic staff who behaves indifferent to any Asian or Indian origin customers. I went to buy a Yukon ready cash, but the salesman attitude forced me to consider another brand/agency

Worst experience in my lifei bought a preowned car from them WITH 12k ONLY MILAGE & while i was in server center i discover that car has an ACCIDENT !the sales agent hide this information from me- TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL- INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT- NO QUALITY CONTROL OR WHATSO EVER- THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT PREOWNED CONDITIION- IN LESS THAN 10 DAYS . I went there for the first time and wanted my car to be serviced quickly (Minor Service). Professional and very helpful. The car was ready in 2 hours.

When buying a car the offer included a petrol voucher which was supposed to be activated soon after purchase. So far nothing is activated and customer care did nothing about it even though called them couple of times. Very frustrated and didnt expect things like this from a reputed company like this one.

New cars n old cars. They sell only GMC n Chevrolet cars. Great staff n helpful. Mr. Joseph Peters, one of their sales manager is the guy to go for help. Very patient n thoughtful. He explained it all very well.

If youre in a rush to collect, instruct the customer service agent that you will not need the car washed and you should be able to pick it up earlier.

It’s been more then 5 years I am visiting Al Ghandi service Centre and every visit has been a great one with all my jobs completed to my satisfaction. The staff right from the front office to person who gets your car out of the Centre for delivery are quite courteous. I have in particular dealt with Renwick at the Shk Zayed Road service Centre many times and found him excellent in Customer service responsiveness and so have the other agents as well.Keep up the team work guys
