I purchased a new GMC from this Showroom, during car delivery the sales manager insisted on me to sign the delivery papers in order to hand over the car. After i got the car i inspected it at home and i noticed one of the rear screens is not working. So, beware when getting your car, dont sign unless youve inspected it.This case was reported to the CSD team already, this is to advise other customers.

Its kind of a small showroom that accommodate three major brands. They are Catholic, Chevy and GMC.I visited showroom in order to see the 3 or 4 variance of the vehicle. However, since the shoreham is small they just keep one of them!Salesmen that welling to help and well knowledgeable about the brandsPoor customer experience

The showroom is very easily accessed in Deira as it at Ittihad road. It is a very spacious and clean showroom . The setup of cars display is well done. I like how friendly was the salesteam executive. I had a nice brief trip with a Chevrolet SUV . I definitely will do a purchase soon but I am waiting a little bit for a good offer for my favorite model.

Not quite convinced with the sales personnel there, either they didnt know about the car or they werent interested in selling the car......maybe they shouldnt be judgemental when a customer enters their showroom.... whatever be the case, wont consider going back again

Very tricky staff ,I was almost scammed .

At first they made me wait for 20 minutes starting from my appointment time(I reached 15 minutes earlier). My GMC Terrains Bluetooth option went missing from the options. The service advisor acted so novice and told me that we have to check the car it will take a day. However, it is a common problem with GMCs regarding the Bluetooth.I was also told that we will check and give the estimate, in case if I chose to not go with the estimate, I will have to pay an estimation charge of AED 500. Such a rip off for such a small issue.They very well know that issue and the resolution and still act as if its the first time they have come across a similar issue.My car requires a software update and I am disappointed with the approach as the suggestions from the service advisor were very vague.

We were highly pleased with the quality of service and consistent cooperation from Mr Darrell and Mr. Manish. An extremely helpful and polite team of staff. Especially Mr. Zuhaid who was very friendly and ready to help at all times. Overall very good experience with Al Ghandi motors!

I called the CRM team for some important and urgently needed account paperwork I had lost. I spoke to Customer Relations Manager Dima Bashir. What a superstar. Al Ghandi should be happier than a bee in a kingdom made of honey to have her in their CRM line-up. In less than 15 minutes she had found the proper department, procured my document, and forwarded to me. She did it in a friendly and eager manner that gave me supreme confidence in her company. My current Chevy is the third from Al Ghandi, and I will most certainly come back for my next purchase. A company is only as good as its employees, and in her role as front line staff Ms Bashir have created a stellar impression.

Very dishonest staff. Keep away from Certified Cars, because its overpriced and they replace new components with old ones. I bought a 2016 model (in 2017) only to figure out the tires were replaced with old 2014. Battery was already drained and AC had issue. The car makes huge noise on reverse and as of today no one from Al Ghandi service could solve this issue and they claim its from factory. If its from factory then why didnt you mention it when I was choosing the car?! I will file a lawsuit if I find some time.
