A couple of days ago, I passed by the Volvo showroom and I never thought they would have such amazing high-quality cars, to me a Volvo has always been that old family car that only focuses on safety, but I have to say that their new lineup is looking very sexy. Just got my first Car in Dubai after moving here 2 months ago. I checked out a Lexus RX, Jeep Grand Cherokee and Volvo XC60. My experience at Volvo Festival City was nothing short of spectacular. From my first visit, I was welcomed by proper safety measures for COVID 19 and a smile from the receptionist. After that, Ms. Nurgiza Showed me around the dealership and talked to me about the cars available. After I made a decision all processes were going very smoothly. The branch manager took the time to welcome me and make all needed actions to enhance my experience. I had some challenges which Ms. Nurgiza handled impeccably and went above and beyond. I am very pleasant with my experience at Volvo and would recommend it to anyone! I must mention that I bought a pre-owned car which only goes to show that the customer service level is at its highest with all clients alike. I commend the team at Volvo Festival City.One thing that I would have loved to see that is more corporate related and less sales is in-house financing. Had it been available, I would have gone for a brand new car that would cost more but can be financed through Volvo.For sales, there was just the right amount of attention paid. All problems if any solved quickly. I have replaced my car with just two visits and with good value deal agreed with management.

Low staff numbers meant I was waiting, and had a slightly awkward exchange with security but once I saw somebody they were very good and attentive and apologetic for the way security had behaved. This was also followed up by the branch manager who was extremely helpful and obviously aware of good customer satisfaction etiquette. Definitely a good place to buy a car from good people. The expat community would appreciate the level of service here.

Very professional staff in the service section especially Mr Subhin . Only a star off for the parts themselves being super expensive but the people and their service level is amazing. Lets hope Al Futtaim manages to bring down the parts cost as the cars and their team are amazing .

DO NOT BUY or SERVICE a Volvo in Dubai. The Volvo XC90 is an amazing Car. The service of Volvo Dubai (Trading Enterprise) really is below anything we ever experienced. To buy a Volvo... great and fast service... yet, be aware, once it comes down to service.... be ready to pay. Breakpads, while driving it under normal circumstances, are worn out within 22k km... eventhough the manufacture suggest anything between 30 to 70k miles... look for a different brand and enjoy Dubai....

I own an XC90 beautiful and very underrated car in UAE. While no major issue with the car, the service is poor. Over promise, under deliver. That.. if they pick your call!

Work slowly and staff not responsive at all. Really bad experience every time I called to inquire the repair status, however the female receptionist always told me will callback after one hr but never, even I remind her many times about this. It happens always (>5times) not in rare case. Don’t have idea how their staff works. Once repaired finished will sell it and never come back again. Why I buy a less popular car with lack of service attitude? I once had a good feel with Volvo coz my brother has one in other country but I don’t think so it does the same in UAE. Hope the management can have some attention on the business.

I am a proud owner of Volvo. Never in my wild dream did i think of buying volvo XC 90. My only relation with Volvo was when my dad had one in good old days. When i went to Volvo i was taken care of by IVY , who knows what she is doing and gave us a superb service. Mr Moulder was very helpful and did his best to see that we were well taken care of. Overall we are very happy with volvo car and their service. Keep up the good work and thank you for everything.

I went to the showroom ready to buy a brand new V40 T5. Unfortunately the sales person was very keen on not selling the car. It is so sad that the image of a very good brand left in the hands of an unwilling sales person.

Bought our new car from here. Staff are helpful, not pushy and fast. Process was completed in under 4 days. However I recommend to explore alternative insurance options as dealer option was on the higher side.

I own a Volvo V40 T5 for 3 years now. the car, while not perfect, is very easy to live with. and Thanks God, didnt have any major issues until now. good performance, beautiful timeless design and decent practicality. the people at Volvo-Trading enterprises are very polite and helpful. I am a bit nitpicky when it comes to car suspension,vibration, and sounds, (there is still a very mild vibration on speeds more than 130 kp/h). and every time I go to the service center people there never get bored, especially Mr Mirza, he is very patient, every time he takes my car with smile and checking it and trying to do anything to make me satisfied, he never gets bored of me going there every now and then to check a vibration that is not felt by humans :), but he never saves any efforts to fix any issues for my car. the service charges are a bit high, but you will get a good service and a great experience servicing your car with them, also Mirza will apply any POSSIBLE discounts to your bill without you even asking. their manager - I dont remember the name unfortunately- is very helpful as well, and even replying emails and answers customers complaints. they deliver your car on time, and if you have any problem that is covered by warranty they some times provide a courtesy car-if available. I recommend this place, and I recommend buying a volvo as well.

Probably one of the least necessary representatives in Dubai. I brought my car to this place for a regular service and picked it up with malfunctioning side mirror. Upon request to fix it I had to bring it four times again and within 9 months the mirror was fixed. Either Volvo in Sweden has no clue how these guys treat Volvo customers or this is the way Volvo works. Either way I sold my car as it was not what I had expected from this brand.

Have serviced my XC90 here for five years and always appreciated to friendly & professional service. They are not the cheapest, but I must admit that I havent regretted going at any time in the past years.

Worst service ever, they are good only for servicing the car but if you have anything to be fixed please be wise and avoid this place, theyre not only takin too long, but also lying all the time about timing, overall it fills like Im fixing my car in a garage somewhere in industrial area of Sharjah but 3x expensive. worst service Ive ever experienced with any car company

Decent service but lack of popularity of Volvo in the UAE does have an impact....only one service location in Dubai (they do provide a drop-off service however once you deliver your car for service), availability of spares may be an issue dependent on what is necessary and cost is on the high side. Good coffee and a pleasant showroom compensate a bit.
